The Judge introduced the unknown.

The possibility of guilty to second degree murder.

From the coverage I have seen. I don’t believe evidence of quilt beyond reasonable doubt was presented for 1st degree murder..

But I think Second Degree murder could be a negotiated verdict.

Whatever. I think the 2nd murder charge eliminated the possibility of a hung jury.

He will be guilty of something.

Or Not Guilty.

The inclusion of 2nd degree murder. Caused me to vote guilty..
