Reuben Casserole 1/2 pound corned beef, cooked, chopped 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing 1 can sauerkraut (14 oz) drained and rinsed 1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese 6 slices rye bread, crumbled 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted Place corned beef in a lightly greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Dot with the dressing. Spread sauerkraut over top; sprinkle with cheese. Toss breadcrumbs with the melted butter; sprinkle over cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Pat, I have got to make that for my Mom. She loves Reuben sandwiches. I'll let you know how it turns out. |

Yum yum. I bought a crock pot yesterday. Can I make your recipe in a crock pot? Don't laugh. Jack usually did/does all the cooking. Dolly domestic, I am NOT! |

Ah, No, I do not want sauerkraut in the RV for hours, but since it is in the 70's during the day LOL, I can use it outside. Smell, you want smell???? I made fried haddock on Wednesday. Everything that was touched by that fish was disposed of on Wednesday. We were gone all day yesterday, with the windows and doors closed. When we got back about 4 PM, it was 94 degrees in the RV and it REEKED of fish! Okay, I'll have to do it your way. Signed, Your friend "Dolly"

Dolly, If I post a recipe, it's easy. No way do I love to slice and dice. I'm more the talking and drinking kind when company comes |
