Chris, by now you must know a little about me, served my country, and am not a liberal, but when I read about those families that have lost children, husbands and sometimes wives in this war, I get really upset. At that fateful moment we had inspectors on the ground, forced them to leave and then we started to bomb this country. At that time there was no reason to rush into this war and could have at least given the inspectors more time. If you remember like I do, Saddam had knuckled under and was allowing the inspectors free access to all places that they wanted to examine. |
