One more shot and I think I will yell. Oh wait, I did yell. The worst one had the smallest needle. The blood gas one. Anyone ever had one of those? Ow, ow, ow, ow.

Doc

Doc, my daughter gets them all the time...yes very painful picking at that radial artery in the wrist. It is so tiny. I am sure happy you are ok.

Just for you

Those off to the rally's have fun and drive safe.

I must be nuts... 11 hours today. When you have 2 people short it is nuts..

This one young lady gave me attitude today, total disrespect. When I told her we would take it out of the room "NOW" others did not know what to say... I was :biting: She was 1/2 late yesterday and because she came in 10 min early today I should be kissing her feet. She did me a favor.. She had been there 1 1/2 hours and wanted a smoke. I told her she had to wait as others had been there for close to 4 hours and there break was going to be first. She asked me @ 4 times in 5 min. " NO "

She then had the nerve to tell me because I was " older" " did not smoke " " a supervisor " it did not matter if I had a break. "It was better when you were gone for a week.." Really :biting: MOVE IT

I think when I got up out of my chair looks would have killed her on the spot. I took her to my bosses office told her to sit her ass in the chair and I would be back when I cooled off. He knew something was wrong.

I thought my boss was going to fire her, but because I tried to resolve the issue her butt was saved. She refused to call me by my name..her or she..Boss was getting :biting: He demanded she call me by my propper name or meet the door.

She is 20 lives at home, drinks and parties .."why should I leave home when I can suck my parents in." Well you know I am not your mom and I will not coddle you. Grow up.

A few hours later she gave me a hug and said sorry.

Now I have vented my steam on you poor people yet again....sorry

Ok, I will go to my room now.. :kickcan: wait.. I am in my room :spin:

Karen, that's a long day for someone who is still recuperating after surgery.

Sounds like you have a very rude employee, glad you put her in her place.
I think I would have fired her, especially after the the "older" statement. :fryingpan: :fryingpan: :fryingpan:

So what are we here for, if you don't feel you can vent?? :dunno:

I think it might be good to give her one more chance, but another display like that and if I were boss, she would be SOOO outta there.
