Backing Off A Bit

I have spoken (figuratively) with Chris, and am going to "fade" my role ever-so-little.... to that of Member only - but still Member First Class, mind you! ;)

I have found that I may have become a bit too wrapped up and personalized with the role over the winter, especially during my recup. period.... Forum-life became a majority of my sense of self, a worrisome development.
With "WeekendsAway" time arriving now, taking me to the Lake a lot, it seems like the right time to find out.

But I still expect to be here, and participate, on a near-daily basis. So, in the aggravating buzz-phrases of today, I hope the change "to be transparent at the end of the day".
(ARGGGH! Do you know what it took for me to even pretend to talk like that??? Excuse me, while I go gargle.... :floorrollin: )

You said that well, Mur; that is exactly the way I was headed.

It's time the members rotated a bit anyhow; I believe that was the original idea. Enjoy your membership; you'll always be first class in our book! :hug:

You need to come often to crack yourself up, or slay yourself - whatever it is, you do it well :) Enjoy.

Have a good summer... I'm afraid to look at Wolfie's link...But curiosity will probably get the better of me sooner or later...

We've talked, and I appreciate the heads up earlier, and so I'll just join others in appreciation of the part you've played from near the start of this forum, and happy to see you'll stick around as member.

I have to start remembering #12 - BIG-TIME!

You may not believe this, but last winter, I tried to find a forum in HAWAII - just because they're a couple hours behind us, and somebody might still be around at my midnight!

That's BAD!!!

Oops, your link is no longer there, Rick. Did you move the picture?

Patticake, you'll be a member as long as the forum lasts, unless you ask to have your name off the membership list. Come back often; it only takes a few minutes to drop in and tell us what you've been up to. :hug:

Ms. Goddess;

Thank you very much for that link. I am here alone, and wasn't expecting that. At first, I thought "the man" had finally caught up with me. Didn't even know this thing had a speaker. Had a good laugh.
