I am stepping down as an administrator of the forum and also stepping down as Leader in Home and Garden.

It's been a valuable experience, but time for me to go.
It's time for me to lose weight.
It's time for me to get a life.
It's time for me to pry the crazy glue from the seat of my pants and computer chair.
It's time to expand the cocktail hour, after all it's five o'clock somewhere. I will join you for cocktails occasionally, maybe champagne is in the future.

I just need a break, will be here but less often.

You Go Girl, but beware the expanded cocktail hour. You can get into serious trouble doing that. Expanding the cocktail hour gets longer and longer, and then one day you wake up, and the cocktail hour is so long, you don'thave time to have a drink. Then what will ya do?

:) Mimosas, anyone?

Chrissy, I will be happy, as long as you are here to chat, mornings (or what YOU consider morning! :faint: ) and evenings (I know, I know!). I need to get out of this chair too, but 5 minutes twice a day won't kill us.

You have done a fine, fine job.

Hmmm. And I thought going to Myrtle for 4 days was a break in routine :floorrollin: :floorrollin:

I am not sorry. I think you can enjoy forum and people in it even better from your new perspective. AND find your niche in the "outside" world. You have a lot to offer Chrissy.

Thank you Kate, I appreciate your thoughts. It was a difficult decision, but Frank says I need to pay more attention to him.

Chrissy,
All I offered before was a  , but I have been so impressed by the way you have handled many difficult situations with such a nice manner. You have done a grand job, much of it behind the scenes, I imagine, and you deserve to be a "has been."
You are skilled handling people and you have a charming way about you (when you are not tripping up the steps in Harry's - oops! did I say that?) Great people skills in today's parlance.
You should be proud of the work you've done and go on with a happy heart.
If only you were a Jersey girl :spin:

I read this last evening after you posted it, got a little emotional, tears in my eyes so I signed off.
What a nice thing to say.
It was a great experience for me and there were many, many good time (behind the scene). Being an administrator gave me a lot of confidence and to some extent brought me out of my shell..... :)
Harry's, did I trip up or down the stairs?
Jersey Girl?, Being a New Yawker is close. :floorrollin: :floorrollin: :floorrollin: ........
