Pat, I lived in Marion County in the Ocala National Forrest. About 30 miles distance to Ocala, Eustis, or Leesburg and in the ten years I lived there I worked in all three towns. Ocala only one year since I did not like it but really enjoyed Waterman and working in Leesburg even more. Most of the ICU and CCU nurses from all knew each other because we shared a lot of critical care classes in the area.

No, I did not know about the Cancer Institute.

This will give you chuckle I am sure.

This is too funny. When I seen the Doc this am, I also had an intern ( cute too ) I was filling out the papers and started to giggle. He asked me why I found the forms so funny.

This is why:

Marital status: single married/common-law divorced ... hey I wanted my seperated forever.

Then this one came along I was laughing out loud:

Sexual preference :
Heterosexual ( normal ) Homosexual( gay/lesbian) Bisexual ( both )

Now I guess the ( ) was incase you were not sure. I was so tempted to circle them all and say I was confused as it depends on the mood I am in, but thought I better not. I sure wanted to do that though.

There were a few others but they were the best.

Not sure what it had to do with an endoscopy :floorrollin:

I have to add I loved that part of the country....but not in summer. I made a decision to leave after my husband had a surgery for cancer from Agent Orange complications and left with a permanent trach and metastatic cancer. Things were going badly. I cried so hard my last night in ICU when I knew I would probably never see my friends again.

Have seen them once when we all got together a few years ago in Mt. Dora...

Do you believe those questions?
Our oldest daughter went in to deliver her second child in very active labor (she does not like to be in the hospital too long before delivery, but that's another story.)
She is 5'2" - at nine months she looked pretty pregnant.
The resident asked her "What problem brings you here today?" She and her husband rolled their eyes. Duh! I'm having a baby!!!
Then he asked her, "When did your menses start?"
Between breathing through a contraction, she kind of yelled, "Twelve, thirteen? Why do we care?"
Does this matter a whole lot when you are six centimeters dilated?
Brian arrived about an hour later.

So that means Clermont would not be a bad place for a "permanent" seasonal spot???? ;) :) Citrus Highlands looks very nice so if we could handle about 400K

Slight change of subject as some lf you know I take Ambien as needed for sleeping. Just heard of Study on MSNBC Tucker talking to atty who is suing that Ambien is causing sleep binge eating . Honestly, a couple months ago I noticed not while asleep but before I go to bad I get great hunger. But I am not new to Ambien and I stay away from the kitchen and sleep pretty darn well. I actually mentioned to my Dr not long ago and he said should not be a factor...now this :floorrollin: he put me on Levoxyl for thyroid and I thought that was causing it .

I will be slipping away soon...not to the kitchen.

Tomorrow is the Green day and I will be out and about a lot so Happy St Paddy's day to you in advance.

Kate,
I am making myself stay up so I can start tomorrow - but here's a preview!

“May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And until we meet again, May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.”
