The weather was another early taste of Spring today, so I went out in the backyard - first time in a couple weeks - and by Gar, things are starting to bud out.

:fryingpan: :fryingpan: ...NOW who's bragging? It is in the 20's here and fixing for snow and sleet and freezing-rain, tomorrow. I'll have to shop early or wait til Friday...

Better brush those stumps with Round-Up, Murray, or they will pop right back up again. Hard to kill Russian Olive.

This forum is downright zippy, tonight! :)

Mur,
I'm willing to bet you money that the price the tree removal folks give you will not be a lot lower minus branches.
I love you dearly, but that move today may have given me cause to wonder about your sanity. :floorrollin: :floorrollin:
Do not even think about cleaning out the gutters :fryingpan:

Oh Geeze. I said the F-word out loud. No, not the one you are thinking of. I said "frisbee". I was already exhausted. Now I have to throw it some more. Those of you who have met Orson know what I mean. And I will not get any relief from darkness. He will just go get the one that glows in the dark.

Chrissy, no, not to worried. It's the first time we have seen them, but also the first time in a bit I was up as early as I was this morning. Dylan usually sleeps in till at least 9 or so before he wants out. :floorrollin: :floorrollin:

The cajun potluck???????? It was ok. It was hard finding anything that didn't have gross stuff in it........you know, like onions and peppers.  Greg really liked it tho. :floorrollin:
