What's up with the growing number of "guests" (29 this morning, 16 yesterday morning) who are always viewing the board index?

41 now. Some good posts obviously.

:)
The character inherent in the American people has done all that has been accomplished; and it would have done somewhat more, if the government had not sometimes got in its way.

I could understand if people were interested in reading the enlightened views that are put forward on the forums :floorrollin: , but they (majority) never leave the index page. It think there is something screwy going on.

Speaking just for myself, John, just in the last three weeks or so, I've invited at least five nice people to look at and perhaps join the forum.

Maybe others are doing this as well?

If they are never leaving the Index, I'd assume a glitch in the system.

After they're done viewing, should we reset our "most viewers on line" to two days ago? :)

When I log off I habitually leave one of my tabs at the CampfireSoapbox page. I assume at that point I am a guest.

Depends. Don't think it grabs log off so if you don't click anywhere, i.e., visit a thread, you'll be left in the list for 15 minutes. If after logging off you visit another page, you'll be recorded as guest. Not sure if the software is smart enough to distinuish you as you and you as guest.
