We're going to try something old this time and put out a request to all members for contributions to the March 2006 Newsletter. Old? When we first introduced the Newsletter, we requested contributions and edited it in public. For some reason all that was moved off behind curtains. but it's not just the Leaders Newsletter, it's everyone's. Leaders are asked to contribute blurbs on the forum areas they lead. Members are asked to share write ups or photographs. Keep it short. The more personal the better--this is about us. Post contributions here or PM them to me and I'll start adding them as they come in. We will aim for a publication date of Saturday morning, March 4th. We can take contributions right up to press time. Everyone is also welcome to participate in editing the newsletter, making suggestions on theme and format, anything at all. Thanks! I'm almost done with the Bathroom Project, really would've loved to show it off and let folks know where I've disappeared to, but I don't think it would be ready in time

*Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming- "Wow!, What a ride!" *A good friend will bail you out of Jail...A true friend will be sitting next to you saying "Boy, was that fun!" | |

Rick, we'll look forward to it in the April issue if it's not ready in time for the March Newsletter.

For a moment, I thought "Oh c'mon - it's only the 23rd!" Then the parrot on my shoulder said "Yeah - OF FEBRUARY." Would you like me to get back in the saddle? Will get started on it tomorrow, if you like. If anyone cares to share writing it, that's fine too - I appreciated the break when I couldn't get myself in gear. Of course, if anyone has fallen in love with doing Campfire - no problem there, either....

First draft! See first post. Haven't even proof read it. Those who contribute, feel free to ask me to make any changes. Translating to HTML I may miss something, put something in the wrong place--let me know. |

Is anyone else finding that the page is too far to the right? I can't see the right side of text, and there is no horizontal scroll-bar. (Got hung-up yesterday, will get busy once I wake up.) OOPS, NEVER MIND! (I told you I was still sleepy)

I'm trying to do it in 800x600 resolution. But since I use 1280x1024 I keep slipping. I'll work on that.... |

Aaaiiiieee! It's so big! Try it now. Because the post has limited space, the frame requires scrolling. But under the frame is a direct link to the newsletter to view it stand alone. It should not require a horiontal scroll bar now. Thanks for catching that! Back to 1280x1024... |
