Good Morning folks, Staying home from work today, rest up a little and hopefully finish the floor Tile.....so, what have you got planned ?
*Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming- "Wow!, What a ride!"

*A good friend will bail you out of Jail...A true friend will be sitting next to you saying "Boy, was that fun!"

Good morning to you, Rick.

The morning routine is done; I have to go food shopping; nearly out of everything we use on a daily basis. What a way to waste a perfectly beautiful morning! :P:

Then I have to start doing the trash; Thursday am pickup. It's only every other week so if I miss it there are heavy consequences...

After that, if it's warm enough, I'm going to start setting up the van; cleaning out the cupboards and checking stuff. getting excited about Florida. And that reminds me, I have to get it in to Ford for service.

Have a nice morning, everyone!

Good morning! Very foggy morning - can hardly see the second green out the side window and we normally have a great view. I can make out a cart, but have no idea how the players will be able to see where their shot goes. It'll burn off in an hour or so and another gorgeous day is on tap. No big plans - as usual. Don is going over to Tampa to play golf about noon, so I have the day to myself.

Heather, you'll be down here before you know it!!!  We are eager to see you up in Gainesville. All roads lead to Chrissy and Frank's :)

Have a day :spin:

Good morning everyone. As Pat says it's foggy at the moment, we're looking at a warm day high near 80.

I'm very tired today, just hanging out.

Good morning everyone!

No fog here. But I'll keep mum about the temps. Posted Image

Patticake, would you care to send some of that rain this way?????

Headed to water aerobics, then hang out until time for work.

Have a great one everybody!

Morning,

49, dreary and soggy today.

Out to lunch with a friend...weather won't stop :yammer:

Quick turnaround trip and emotionally exhausting few days you have had Chrissy, just relax and take a day at a time.

Good day all,

Kate

Patticake..........I guess it would have to be the liquid type, since I don't want the temps that go along with the solid type! We haven't had rain here in about 125 days, so whatever you can spare! :floorrollin: :floorrollin: :floorrollin:

+4c. here (38f.) - windy and overcast. There are predictions of sun for Friday, though. I'll send you some, Wolfie - by then you should have everything orderly and shoveled!

One week today and its March! This is one winter that I will NOT dwell wistfully over, believe me.

Heather, is your trash collection always every second week? - that wouldn't be so bad at this time of year, but during the heat of summer I'm afraid it would be create a "Red Zone" up here! Phewww!

My Dad goes for a catatract procedure tomorrow - I hope it all goes well. It sounds like fairly minor stuff; he is released the same day. We'll get down and see him on the weekend, weather permitting.

Well, we aren't REALLY from SD........we are from Maine. When we sold everything in ME, we registered everything in SD, thus becoming "residents". We are currently in AZ, tho. :floorrollin: :floorrollin:

Murray, it could be every week, but Mom and Dad had opted to have it every other...and she sees no reason to change. Well, she has had no sense of smell since the age of 50... :faint:

Actually it's not too bad. The garbage is separate from the dry stuff and double-bagged, and very little of it, since we compost all the green stuff. Also, the garbage cans are outside HER window, and I am upstairs on the other side of the house!

Good for your Dad. He will love the new eyes as soon as he gets used to them! Mom had hers done two years ago at 86 and I thought I would never hear the end of it. Now she loves them! Hope he is more patient; can't expect perfection at first.

Patti, no offense but I would prefer you kept your ice to yourself!

Oh, knowing him, he would be more upset if this cost three cents more than he is covered for on insurance.... I have NEVER seen somebody fuss more over nickels and dimes!!! :faint:

Lawdy! He's going to be 90 in May, has two pensions coming in (although not that big), has over 1/4 million in the BANK, and owns a house worth even more than that! But to listen to him, every penny he spends comes at the cost of a drop of blood, too! Please God, before I ever get to that point, just give me my big Lazy-Boy in the sky!
