plot
Fear my 1337 storytelling skittles!

A country once in peace for a very long time has become rich. However, because of this, it gets invaded and taken over. Go figure. As a result of this, the party leaves, and finds out they must do a load o’ bull just to assemble an army and take back their country.

The end.
Yes, I’m in a rush, right now, I know…
But nothing’s creative, anymore.

Rules

There’s not much special beyond the rules of this board.
Just be sure not to do the usual annoying stuff. ;)

The application of me
Name: Nalaz Verign Imura
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Race: Avican

Personality: The evident fact that Nalaz is unmistakably bred to do tasks that require more strength than any normal human can hope to muster—for extended periods, to boot. Of course, this is also one of Nalaz’s virtues in that, although rebellious, he’s docile and patient enough to pull just about anything on wheels. Out of selective breeding, Nalaz is very friendly, but as genetics can’t be entirely controlled, he’s also paranoid at the same time. Anybody can be planning anything.

However, his involvement in military work has changed his personality in many ways. Even when he can really feel the pressure, Nalaz is apathetic to most everything. All he does is wrinkle his nose at a corpse and keep going his way, as he was trained to. His decision-making skills are focused for both the preservation of lives, and accomplishing objectives. Generous, but just mean enough to kill and not pointlessly look at his bloody paws as he has a nervous breakdown. He could care less for anybody that tries to stick him with a sharp object.

But this control and lack of emotion results in the stress that he unleashes on a stone dummy in the nearby forest. As the guardian of the village he’s stationed in, he can’t afford to let anyone see his weakness, considering that would likely demoralize the hard-working public around him. He holds his steely glares away from the young and scolds whoever breaks the law. Avicans aren’t trained to distinguish between rank—there are ones that others just follow, out of their free will.

When not active, Nalaz spends most of his time asleep or eating—both of which are important to what keeps his imposing figure. Meat consists of almost his entire diet, which concerns townspeople of the, “what if,” situation regarding famine, he does his best to assure that he’s safe to be around, so long as nobody attacks him. Though, his intimidation skills come naturally, and he has almost no control over them. It can’t be helped if you’re at least twice the size of most everyone around you.

Appearance: Rushed reference sheet.[.URL] As a male avican of a draft breed, Nalaz is, “unusually large,” at just around eleven feet when standing straight, in addition to weighing a little over half a ton. The dense, “spring,” muscular system would be prominently visible, turning Nalaz into an ungainly creature with rope-like bulges about his entire body—this is prevented by the natural layer of fat that most draft breeds inevitably attain and keep. His contrasting black and cream fur is more of a warning than anything, and Nalaz’s reluctance to shorten it leaves it long to the point that it falls prey to gravity and the laws of physics.

/Weapons: His wooden staff splits in half to reveal two single-edged swords of customary Avician length—five feet at the very least. Unarmed, he can easily crush what stands in his way, in addition to the natural elements of his own body.

Armor: Yet to be drawn.

Other: Despite his size, he’s anything but clumsy. No one would expect grace out of something so seemingly unbalanced. The way his muscles are built, his strength appears limitless to the townspeople—a part of the governments strategy to maintain control and confidence throughout the country.

He speaks in human tongues, but isn’t the most profound speaker of it. His traditional Avician language he can effortlessly belt out, though.
