Yeah, it's real easy to start a story, but then it's incredibly hard to actually finish it... Well anyway, here are a few outlines and possibly prompts for people who might be interested (though I doubt many people will be here long enough to see it...)
=================
-Idea
On a space station used for Team Magnum's research, they're once again conducting expiriments that involve turning people into Pokemon. Now one person, who happens to be the older brother of a Evrret, gets caught up in one of the tests and winds up being turned into a random Pokemon. And now, the two siblings have to figure out a way to return the brother to normal and stop the expiriments, seeing as every human that's been turned into a Pokemon sffers an occasional episode of extreme pain. Also, the space station is roughly the average size of a New England state *Cough cough!*Massachusetts!!!*Cough cough!*
--Outline
Chapter I: While the two siblings are playing in the courtyard, they overhear a conversation. (1-2 pages) They then get the stupid idea to go sneak into the labs and watch one of the expiriments, which was the subject of the conversation. (roughly 2 pages) Of course, the older brother is standing past the warning line without realizing and is locked in the chamber. Silenced by both shock and fear (and the fact that the ray is incredibly loud,) all he can do is silently be turned into a Pokemon, even though he did try to escape. (1-2 pages) The weak Pokemon/brother then manages to escape the chamber and the two siblings hastily return to their residence...of course, how are they going to hide that fact that the eldest son of one of Team Magnum's top agents has been turned into a Pokemon?
And I run out of ideas there...
=================
As for Everwind, I need to figure out a good battle sequence...
=================
Kilantro, I'm fresh out...
=================
-Idea
Possibly a medieval setting, where humans only have one Pokemon as their partner, but of course I can't think of anything else...
=================
Ah, I'm lost...

You know what I do? Try to relax. Let your characters be themselves. Start writing nonsense about that. Like the little things and you'll be surprise that they'll run away with your story and you'll just have to keep up with them.

Often there are sparks of ideas that come to us. Take Taraline. I haven't a clue what's going to happen in the story. I just had a very good beginning but there's no meat in it yet. But once you start writing it seems to flow out of you.

Try sitting down for 1 hour and say to yourself I'm going to write something. Even if you start out saying, I don't know what to write 5 times. And then thoughts will start to flow out of you. Most writters don't know what's going to happen in their book. They just flow with it. Others like J.K Rowling map out their whole book before writting.

Me? I'm in the middle. I have a beginning and a powerful end but no middle. That's how it is for two of my books. >_> But once I keep writing new ideas start to flow.
Ok I'm done now. :-P Hopefully this'll help you. ^_^

Yep, my Dad always says that you can't create from a vacuum...which means(I guess) that you can't create from nothing. Everything influences us. Eragon, Harry Potter, Pokemon, Sonic X, Anime, Music, Pictures, you name it.
