The ice cold Pokémon trainer Posts: 101 Group: Members Member #27 Joined: February 9, 2007	Chapter 30: Ryan vs. Lenny "Uhh, any particular reason you're here, dude? They're busy tring to take a challenge," Mark said. "Nobody asked you, punk!" said Ben. Mark narrows his eyes, "I don't believe you know who you're talking to. I could freeze your sorry butt and send you butt sledding all the way down the hill. And you wouldn't like that, now would you?" "Oh yeah? Well, if you're so badass, why don't you take me on?" "First of all, you shouldn't be cussing. This is a kid's show, for christ's sake. Secondly, you don't want to face me. It'll make that butt sledding pun literal." "Oh yeah? Go Quagsire!" Ben shows no fear, calling out Quagsire. Mark sighs. "You asked for it..." Some time later... Benjamin is now sliding down the hill, his arms and legs frozen and he's in a feetal position, sliding down the hill. "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaa..." Ben shouts, as he flies down the hill, ten fold speed. "Happy trails!" Mark said, waving sarcasticly. "So, now what are we gonna do? We got to the top of the mountain, now what?" Jennifer asks. "Well, now that you've lasted the blistering cold of Mt. Frost, you guys get the Blizzard badge, the final badge recommended to fight us!" Mark hands out the badges. "ALRIGHT!! Now what?" Idiot asks. "Well, we go down," Mark calls out His Regice. "But how? We can't use our flying pokémon. Rayquaza already suffered from the cold," Claudia said. "No problem. Freeze, use Ice Beam," Regice blasts a cool beam that hits the ground and builds up a huge pillar of ice, "Now, use Superpower," Regice immediately shatters the pillar of ice with a strong punch and then builds up smoke. When the smoke clears, three "sleds" that fall down in front of Mark and Regice. "Wow!" said everyone, amazed. "Oh, it ain't that amazing," said Mark, who hops into one,"Ta-ta for now," Regice hopping in the back and propelling it forward with another Superpower. They're flyin' down the hill, full speed, faster that Benjamin, slidin' on his butt. Idiot, Jennifer, Claudia and Ryan hop on another one, Scizor propelling them forward, while Dragon_kni14, Aleah, spriter and Kenta jump on the last one, with Machamp propelling the last one. All of them make Ben eat their snow, and sticking him there until his butt thaws out. Eventually, back at the main base... "Well, you guys, you actually got all your necessary badges to face us!" said Alex. "Unfortunately, to dish out more bad news. This isn't where we fight," Mark said. Disclaimer!!! "WHAT?! AND WHY NOT?!?" Idiot asks. "This isn't official grounds. It shouldn't take you long to reach the HQ for the Pokemon League in Rockafeller plateau," Lenny said. ********************* Arctic: Author's note: I took the name, since Rockafeller center is the center of Pokémon something...or at least one of their places where you can buy loads of pokémon merchandise. I forgot the commercial. It came on when, again? ******************* "What? But why not just he-" "NO PROBLEM!!" Idiot shouts, without even letting Jennifer finish her sentence. "Okay, then it's settled. We're off then," Mark said, all of them calling out their flying pokémon, and Alex hopping on back of Mark's Articuno, and they take off. "So, I guess we follow on Rayquaza, right?" Jennifer asks, nervously. "GO RAYQUAZAP!!" Idiot shouts out, calling out Rayquaza. Some time later... After the long grueling trip to the Rockafeller, that's discluding the attacking pokémon and the stops that Aleah, Claudia and Jennifer had to make to go shopping for several whole half hours, the five of them make it to the Rockafeller plateau. "Sheesh! What took ya so long? It's 3 o'clock in teh morning, for cryin' out loud!" Mark said, the last one waiting. "Umm...distractions and pokémon attacking us..." Kenta said. "Well, it's too late to actually fight, if you've realized. We'll have to fight tomorrow. Bu-bye now!" Mark slams the door. "..." They all were silent, though they just wanted to scream "OPEN THE STINKIN' DOOR!!!" and bash on the door. After few minutes of thinking that, they eventually executed the action, Lenny then openning the door, retaliatingly shouting. "HEY!!! SHUT YOUR PIEHOLES AND GO TO SLEEP ALREADY!!" Lenny shouts, throwing back the eight of them with his booming voice. The ~~next~~ current morning... They all woke up late but that's due to the late night they've all had. They all lined up on the sidelines, as Ryan prepares to fight Lenny. "Let's get it on!" Ryan said. "This shouldn take only a minute..." Lenny said, smirking. The two throw our their pokéballs. Ryan's choice was Magmar while Lenny's was Shelgon. ******** Arctic: I've been interrupting alot, haven't I? Well, I just want to tell you, I'm not even gonna bother with the frontier. It's getting beyond boring for me. ********** "Magmar, Dynamic Punch!" Magmar charges in for the kill but suddenly misses. "Shelgon, Dragon Claw," Shelgon's little stub of a hand glows and it striked Magmar down, full force. Surprisingly enough, Magmar goes down with one hit. "What?! That's not physically possible!!" Claudia shouts from the sidelines. "Shelgon, here, has been eating his Wheaties," Lenny said. "Well, Wheaties or not, I'm still kickin' your sorry a-" "AS I was saying, get on with the battle already," Lenny interrupted. Ryan recalls Magmar and calls out Scizor. "Scizor! Metal Claw!" Scizor raises a claw and mercilessly beats down Shelgon with it. Although, normally, this would've taken only about 15% of it's full HP, it just kept on beating it down with the attack, making sure it didn't get back up. "Okay, that was just plain unfair," Lenny said. "Heh, let's see you beat that, then!" "Okay, fine. I will," Lenny's next choice was pretty obvious. He calls out Charizard. "Oh, sh-" "Shut yer mouth! And Charizard, Flamethrower the mess out of Scizor," There was no escaping this attack. Even if Scizor magically dodged or endured that hit, in some way or form, he'd be either burned or scarred for life. Scizor was taken down in less than several seconds. "Shoot...double elemental weaknesses..." Ryan calls back Scizor and calls out Wailord. "Ha! You think your precious Water pokémon will save your butt? Charizard! Us-Oh wait, you already got beaten? Okay, then...Magcargo! Use your Ro-Wait a second! He's a rock!" Lenny meant hardened up from taking the water attacks that Ryan's Wailord keeps throwing at him. "Had enough, or ya thirsty for more?" Ryan said. "Wow, what a craptastic pun," Lenny then calls out Dragonite. "Sheesh, what is it with everyone and these Dragonite?" Ryan asks. "Hey, before it used to be Salamence," said Mark from the sidelines. "So true... WAILORD! BLIZZARD ATTACK! FULL POWER!!" As harsh as that may have sounded, it really wasn't that bad. See, thanks to the slight fown percentage of the Blizzard, it completely misses. "Wow, that was a waste of a powerful attack. Dragonite, Dragon Breath then finish it off with a Thunder," Lenny knew what was gonna happen. The Dragon Breath causes paralysis and the Thunder Attack pretty much KOed the stuffing out of him. "Okay, then..." Ryan calls back Wailord, figuring that was his last shot countering the fire types, then calling out his own Dragonite. "Y'know what? I'm not even gonna bother. Dragonite, Dragon breath, then end it with Iron Tail," "Oh no you don't!! Dragonite! Use Agility then Dragon Breath! Then, finish it with Thunderbolt!" Agility made the Dragon breath miss, then, when Lenny's Dragonite closed in, Dragonbreath blew him back and also stunned him. And finally, Thunderbolt, along with the combustible particles that are still on Lenny's Dragonite, caused some serious damage to him and thus, kicked him to the curb. "Heh, you beat Dragonite. So what?" Lenny recalls Dragonite. He then calls out his most powerful, Moltres. "Shoulda saw that coming, sooner or later." "Better sooner than never. Okay, Moltres, put him out of his misery with Fire Blast," Although the damage was cut in half, the attack left a critical mark on Dragonite, AKA a burn, "A burn? Weird. I was going for smoldering pile of ash." "Dragonite! Thunderbolt!!" Dragonite, too concerned about his wound, turns lightly and uses Thunderbolt. It misses, badly. "Moltres, finish this with Flamethrower," Well, this does as expected, if you count the burn damage done. Dragonite did become the smoldering pile of ash Lenny hoped for. And to make a long battle short, let's just say that the rest of Ryan's pokémon got badly burned... and scorched... and turned into smoldering piles of ash... "Shoot! I lost again!" Ryan said, falling to his knees. "Don't feel bad, man, it's not that I'm a better trainer. It's just that you suck," Lenny said. "Gee, thanks for the encouragement." "Always glad to be of service. Now, WHO'S NEXT?!" Lenny shouts out. Dragon_kni14 smirks. Some time later... "Well, this is rather awkward..." Lenny said, after having been annilated by Dragon_kni14's Dark Vaporeon. "Well, he did win the battle so that makes him the better trainer and that you, officially, suck," said Mark, snickering, with a few other snickers from the sidelines. "Dude! Who's side are you on?!" Lenny shouts back. "Just shut it. I.S. is next. And I don't think that your Vaporeon will be much of a match for his pokémon, Dragon_kni14." "Oh yeah! We'll see!" Dragon_kni14 gestures with his hands, reading "Bring it!" I.S. stands up from his side, "I do hope you know you don't stand a chance against my speed," said I.S. And the two prepared for battle...

The ice cold Pokémon trainer Posts: 101 Group: Members Member #27 Joined: February 9, 2007	last few chapters(rejoice!) Chapter 31: Aleah vs. I.S. "Ready for a real fight?" I.S. asks. Dragon_kni14, although corny, made the "bring it" gesture, with his hand. "Can you make a record time on how long this would take?" I.S. asks the other Legendary trainers. "Two minutes," said Mark. "Five," Alex suggests. "Fifty seconds," Lenny said. "Alright. So that leaves me four minutes to kick your butt and a minute left for you to whine," said DK_14. The arena changes into a smooth surface that isn't slippery. Four minutes later... "WHAT?! How'd my whole team lose to you in four minutes?!" DK_14 said, surprise that his whole team was taken down by a Pikachu. "Told ya, I wouldn't be taken down easily," I.S. said, saluting and walking away. Dragon_kni14 was aiming one of his P-90's at I.S. when he turns around and says, "Go ahead. Shoot. You got no ammo." "What?!" Dragon_kni14 looks at his clip holder. Empty, "But... didn't I just load this?" I.S. hides the clip in his right jacket pocket, "Hehehe..." "Just sit down, man," said Mark. Dragon_kn14 growls, but sits down. "Anyone else who's brave enough to tkae me on?!" I.S. said, challenging, "No one? You pansies..." Aleah, from the corner of the bench, stands up, "I'll take you on." She had a serious look on her face. "Well, let's have at it, then?" I.S. said. The two stand in their positions, pokéballs in hand. "Let's get it on!" I.S. throws out his pokéball. Out comes a Electrode. "Let's go, Pichu!" Aleah throws out her pokéball, sending out Pichu. "Electrode, Swift attack," I.S. said, pointing. "Pichu! Quick attack!" Lightning fast attack against never missing attack. Who wins? Electrode. (Booooo...) "Sweet! That was nice!" "Pichu! Another Quick attack!" Pichu recovers quickly and charges in for a speedy attack. Whoops! I.S. was caught off guard. You know what that means, right?! WHACK!(Attack from Pichu to Electrode) BOOM!(Electrode hitting I.S.) KA-[size=5]BOOM!![/size](...ouch...) I.S. is in a daze, while his Electrode is down. "It happens every time..." Mark said, rolling his eyes. "Uugh..." I.S. said, still in a daze. Some time later... Alex snickers at how many bandages I.S. had to receive. "Oh, be quiet..." I.S. gets back to the battle at hand, "Now, if you don't mind... I've got a battle to win. Let's go, Dugtrio!" "Uh-oh! Come back, Pichu!" Aleah calls back Pichu and calls out Poliwag. "Heh, going for the typical weakness element? That's not gonna work here. Dugtrio, go under!" As commanded, Dugtrio goes underground. "That's not gonna work either. Poliwag, Water gun to the hole!" Poliwag prepares to fire water down the hole. "As I said, it's not gonna work. Now!" Poliwag was just about to use water gun when Dugtrio pops up from underneath it and rams Poliwag into the air, "Finish Poliwag with Hyper beam." The top Dugtrio fires a powerful beam that pretty much finishes off Poliwag. Aleah manages to return her before she hit the ground. "That was a cheap shot." "No it wasn't!" "Whatever. Go Minun!" Aleah throws out her next pokémon, Minun. "Oh this should be over early. Dugtrio! Use Ea-" "DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!'" said the other Legendary trainers. "'Member what happened last time you did that?" Lenny said. Flashback... It was an epic battle between I.S. and some other guy. The other guy sent out an electric pokémon and I.S. sent out Dugtrio. "Dugtrio! Use Earthquake!" I.S. commands. Dugtrio causes and earthquake and rocks the whole arena off it's track. It then spins out of control, tossing the trainer out of a window and into a nearby pond, that was full of angry Goldeen and Seaking. The guy swims for his life, down the stream. "Nice job, I.S." said Lenny. End flashback... "Oh yeah..." I.S. said, anime sweat droplet on head. "Minun! Quick attack!" Minun's quick attack hit Dugrtio right in one of it's faces. Minun then bounces off and hit's another one in the face. Then, kicks off the second one and headbutts the last head. They all are star-gazed. "Hey! Fight fair!" I.S. said, just now seeing that his Dugtrio got whupped by Aleah's Minun. "Heh. Minun, finish it with another quick attack!" Minun charges in for one more hit. Since Dugtrio is dee de deeing around, Minun finishes Dugtrio off swiftly and painfully. "You cheater..." I.S. said, recalling Dugtrio. He then calls out Ampharos. "Antoher quick attack!" First thing that flew out of Aleah's mouth, right after Ampharos was released from his pokéball. But, something that Aleah didn't expect happen. Right after giving damage to Ampharos, Minun's muscles stiffen up, causing it to fall. "Aah, static warms my heart when my opponents thing that they can always get first hits. Okay, Ampharos, since Minun's stunned, Use Dynamic punch to finish this job." Dynamic punch sent Minu flying and screaming for mercy. Minun flew so high, everyone was sure that she'd hit the roof and go through... but it didn't Minun then fell, taking fall damage. Aleah, who's getting really steamed here, calls back Minun and then calls out Umbreon. "Umbreon! Shadow ball!" Ampharos takes the dark lump, shakes off the damage and falls on one knee. Special defense dropped, "Alright! Now, Faint attack!" Okay, that was a stupid move, despite the drop in Sp. D. When the attack hit, Ampharos fainted but Umbreon then took the static and was paralyzed. "Heh. Looks like I have the upper hand here. Let's go, Lightning!" I.S. throws out his next pokémon, out comes a Pikachu. "Umbreon! Try to use Swift!" As hard as Umbreon tried to fight it, it wasn't any use. Umbreon was paralyzed on the spot. "Lightning, put her out of her misery with Thunderbolt!" Pikachu charges up and shocks Umbreon to her knees. Surprisingly, Umbreon stands tall. "Try again! Use Swift!" Umbreon fought back her hardest, and it prevailed. Swift was sucessfully launched. Pikachu was hit but not that badly. Aleah just hoped that Umbreon could launch the second attack, to close it in, "Now! Shadow Ball!" Umbreon let loose the second attack. The Dark lump seems to be adding more damage to Pikachu's energy, and stats, for that matter, "Okay! Now, finish this with Faint attack!" umbreon couldn't keep going. It was simply taken over by paralysis. "Okay, Lightning, take Umbreon down with a Agility/Volt tackle combo," This was quite a powerful blow, indeed. If you add the damage of the attack itself, plus the speed at which it was launched... Yep, total overkill. Aleah recalls Umbreon. She then calls out Pichu. "I was planning on using him for the second challenge but this'll do," said Aleah. "Whatever. Lightning, use another Agility/Volt Tackle combo," Pichu, recalling the damaged being done earlier, falls out, from exhaustion, "Bye Pichu." I.S. waves to Pichu as Aleah takes out her pokeball. "Well, whatever," Aleah recalls Pichu and calls out Raichu. "Let's see if his upper evolutionary can fair better against his lower, rather than vice versa. "Whatever. Raichu! Thunderpunch!" "Hack it with Light screen," As Raichu was about to make physical contact with Pikachu, with an electrified punch, the attack bounces off and cuts the damage by a fraction, "Okay, time to end this... Lightning! Thunder! Full power!!" And it rained Lightning bolts. With I.S.'s Pikachu in a weak condition, it gave it's all before falling out, tired. Though the bad side of it was that it only halfed Raichu's energy, "Good, Lightning. That was all you needed to do. Let's finish this battle! Zapdos!" I.S.'s final and most powerful pokémon, yet, Zapdos. "Raichu! Another Thunderpunch!" "Zapdos, stand your ground," I.S. knew what he was doing. When Raichu came in for the hit, he automatically bounces off of the Light screen that was formed a minute ago. "Hump!" it was then that Aleah remembers a certain move for breaking barriers, such as this, "Raichu! Brick break!" Raichu punches the light screen twice and then spuer punches it through the middle, causing it to shatter and deal a weak critical hit to Zapdos. "Hmm, not bad, though you're still screwed. Zapdos, Thudnerbolt," Though, this wasn't expected to do much, it still did some decent damage to Raichu. Aleah's praying that Raichu doesn't fall, otherwise she'll have one heck of a hard time getting out of this pit. "Raichu! Counter it with your Thunderbolt!" Raichu, trying to stay in the battle, yet not to use too much of his energy, uses Thunderbolt at a mediocre level. "That's it? Zapdos suffered Ice beams harder than that! Zapdos! Prepare for your next attack!" Zapdos, apparently, knew what I.S. was talking about, since he started to glow. "Raichu! Give it your all! THUNDER!!" Raichu, knowing that the end was near, completely forces out any energy he had left and uses it to unleash a powerful Thunder attack. Zapdos was incredibly weak. "Zapdos, finish this with Sky Attack." Zapdos rises into the air and charges down on Raichu. The attack completely obliterated Raichu, for Zapdos perched on the ground while Raichu was behind him, on the ground but fully defeated. Aleah recalls Raichu, thinking that this is it. She figures that her last pokémon wouldn't make much of a difference, but still decided to try. She calls out Ponyta. "Okay, since this is about to end, let me just say that it was a pleasure battling you. Unfortunately, Ponyta's going down. Zapdos, Thunderbolt." Ponyta, looking back to see her trainer in tears, cries out loud and then starts to glow, right in the midst of being attacked by the Thunderbolt. Ponyta was evolving. "Huh?" "WHA?!" Ponyta finishes evolving and is now a Rapidash, "Alright! I have a Rapidash now!" I.S. looks at the Rapidash, anime sweat droplet on the side of his head, "Shoot..." "Rapidash! Fire Blast!" Rapidash fires a human-shaped incantation of fire at Zapdos, which completely engulfs Zapdos in flames. When Zapdos came out of it, he falls. "Darn it..." I.S. said, recalling Zapdos. "Send out your last pokémon, so I can cream it!" "Uuuh, yeah. The thing is, I don't have any more pokémon..." I.S. smiles sheepishly. "Well, I guess you move on, then. Your next opponent is Alex. Let me warn you-" "I know, I know, she's tougher than I.S., right?" "Well, actually, I was going to say that she has a real trick up her sleeve, but that too. Good luck... you're gonna need it..." Aleah's pokémon is healed and then she is across field from Alex, both ready to battle.

The ice cold Pokémon trainer Posts: 101 Group: Members Member #27 Joined: February 9, 2007	Chapter 32: Spriter vs. Alex The field changes into a dark one, without any rocks, whatsoever. "Okay, you guys! Let's get this show on the road!" Aleah said. Alex steps up her end of the field, pokéball in hand, "Okay. Let me just end this early..." Alex throws out a pokéball, out comes Gengar. "That thing?" Aleah scoffs, "This should be over quickly." Aleah calls out Rapidash. "You got that right! Gengar! Substitute!" Gengar focuses, turning himself into an invulnerable pokédoll. "That's it?!" Aleah scoffs, "Rapidash! Fire spin!" Rapidash surrounds Gengar's substitute with flames, causing little damage. "Gengar, Focus punch." Though, as you pokéfans know, Gengar doesn't even get STAB from this move. What you're about to see will shock you, dearly... "Mega Kick!" Aleah was so used to using this technique; she forgot that Gengar was part Ghost. The Mega Kick phases right through the Substitute, "Ack! I forgot!" "NOW!" Here's where you'll be shocked. Gengar, who briefly gets out of his substitute for a split second, pops out and focus punches the snot out of Rapidash. And the shocking part, Rapidash slams into the wall, being knocked out, for the rest of the battle. "ONE HIT?!" "Surprised? And the Substitute still stands." Aleah blinks twice but recalls Rapidash and calls out Poliwag. Several minutes later... Sadly, none of her other pokémon could really do much damage to Gengar, even Umbreon, who managed to break the substitute but suffered a Focus punch blow. Alex just had to pull up another substitute and she pretty much mopped the floor with Aleah. Same went for Kenta (very embarrassingly) and Jennifer, who wasn't surprised she lost. In fact, she actually got scared and bailed out before she even called out her second pokémon! Who knows where she's running off to now? Idiot's right on her tail. "Anyone else?" Alex asks, hungry for more. "Did everyone forget about me?" spriter said, standing up. "No, you're sitting right there, next to Aleah, who's still pissed that she lost," said Mark, rubbing it in. "I'm gonna ignore that..." spriter turns to Alex, "I'll take you on!" "Fine. Fall like all the rest of them. Let's go, again, Gengar!" she calls out Gengar. "Blastoise, do your stuff. Hydro Pump," spriter said. "Gengar, Substitute," Alex said. She knew this was going to fail. She just had to keep Blastoise from causing too much damage. Though, it really didn't make a difference, anyways, since Blastoise just kept using Hydro Pump over and over, until Gengar fell, "Well, I tried..." She recalls Gengar then calls out Shedinja. "Who carries those anymore?!" spriter was in shock, seeing that that thing only has one HP. Then again, he can't be talking, since he saw Dragon_Kni14 with a Dark Shedinja. "Shedinja! Solar Beam!" Shedinja took it's time to charge up a beam. "Blastoise... darn, that's not gonna work... neither is that... sheesh, it sucks that I can't remember a move that can beat that thing! Oh well, Blastoise, take the hit," spriter covers his eyes as Blastoise is hit by the super effective hit. Though it didn't faint in one go, spriter looked back too late in time for Shedinja to launch another Solar beam attack, knocking Blastoise right in the kisser, "Ouch..." spriter said, recalling Blastoise, "Okay, so maybe Blastoise couldn't take you but Houndoom sure can!" Uh-oh... Alex thought, No Gengar to half my way out of this one!" Spriter calls out Houndoom and, as you can well imagine, it was a killing spree for Houndoom. Especially with all the ghost pokémon she carries. Though, Houndoom managed to fall, after taking a curse from Alex's Banette. Now, Alex is down to two pokémon, with spriter, four. "Let's see..." spriter begins to count off his fingers, "Gengar, Shedinja, Dusclops, Banette. Any more volunteers?" spriter calls out Espeon. "Yeah, I got one. Sableye!" Alex calls out Sableye, and you can guess it's curtains for Espeon. "Shoot..." And the reverse onslaughter was on. With Alex owning Spriter with Faint attacks and Brick break(for Lapras) you can well imagine that spriter was having his butt served back to him. "Counting off... Blastoise, Houndoom, Espeon, Lapras... Salamence..." "Stop pulling off my stunt! I still have one more left! Let's go, Sceptile!" And spriter calls out Sceptile. "Humor me. Sableye, fury swipes," Sableye charges in for the kill. "Sceptile, detect the attack and Leaf Blade 'em!" Sceptile dodges the attack with ease, a good ten feet away from Sableye and then, with a green large leaf at the end of his arm, slashes away at Sableye, knocking her out cold. "One hit?!" "Critical hit. Otherwise, he wouldn't have hit the ground so fast." "It's a "She." Are you even reading the text above?" "Nope. I'm just worried about kicking your butt." "Rude..." Alex calls back her Sableye and calls out her signature pokémon, Misdreavus. [Disclaimer: In a way, I'm sorta rushing to the end of this chapter, only, though, because I haven't posted in forever. I'm trying to finish with this forgotten story and the faster I get it done, without sacrificing accuracy of good work, the better I can get to updating the other stories.] "Alright. Sceptile will finish you!" "Al Contrarie! Mischief! Perish Song!" A deadly tune is heard, shroughing the two pokémon in a red veil. "You do realize that it's going to end in a draw, right?" "Of course, but home rules state that if it does end in a draw, the Legendary trainer wins." "WHA- THAT'S NOT FAIR!!" "It's completely fair. That is, of course, unless you can't handle it. If you can't, you mind as well bail out now, while the timing's still high," Alex points to spriter, who huffs. "Fine. Sceptile! Another Leaf Blade!" Sceptile charges in and puts a critical hit on Misdreavus. "Mischief! Spite!" Misdreavus's eyes glow and Sceptile glows a dark red, cutting back his ability to use his Leaf Blade. "Another one! Quick!" spriter kept it coming, though wasn't as lucky as last time. Sceptile hit, but it wasn't critical. "Mischief, another spite and this should be over..." Alex knew that Mischief wasn't going to be able to take Sceptile down in time, but at least if she ends it in a draw, she wins by default. So now, Sceptile's left to the inability of using Leaf Blade. "Shoot! Leaf Blade's gone..." The counter before the perish count was down to it's 1. Looks like Alex has it all wrapped up. Then, spriter remembers a move that Sceptile could use, "Use Absorb!" As idiotic, and weak, as that seemed, it actually worked, and saved Sceptile from certain doom. See, Misdreavus was in an extremely weak condition, though probably could've survived a Aerial Ace attack(as weird as that sounded, it was true.) Absorb was the last attack he could think of that would be, at least, slightly upped by his type, since his Sceptile didn't know vine whip or Razor Leaf... Anyways, the others are in shock that Misdreavus was beated by the weakest grass type move ever made. "What the heck?!" "Wow, I won. Guess we face the Champ, now huh?" Alex picks up her injured Ghost pokémon, "Well, you won, anyways, guess now you have to face Mark, and you all know-" "YES, HE'S NO PUSHOVER!!" everyone shouts. Spriter leaves, for a sec. "Okay! Okay! Sheesh, you didn't have to shout at me..." Alex moves back to her side of the benches. Mark stands up, ready to fight. Spriter just came back, after having his pokémon healed. "You guys do realize that this is where it all stops. To be won or lost, you all will know that you stood your ground here today to be where you are. I hope you feel good," Mark said. "Actually, I don't. Alex kicked my butt and handed it back to me," Kenta remarks. "...Well, sorry for that... Anyways, spriter, it's the final round. I do hope you know that you're not beating my pokémon." "Yeah, well, we'll see..." Spriter takes out a Pokéball, as do Mark. They throw it and the second final, major battle starts.

The ice cold Pokémon trainer Posts: 101 Group: Members Member #27 Joined: February 9, 2007	Season finale. Last chapter + Epilogue. And before I begin, let me just say, it's been a swell typing up this awesome fan-fic, that took me over a year to finish. -__-" Blah, blah, blah, blah, tah pah blew. other stuff you don't care about. Alright. F* this crap, let's just finish this up and get on with the story. This is going to be the longest, but most deepest, chapters in the story. Enjoy it. It's the last one I'm dishing out. And one more thing, Idiot won't be facing Destiny, since I really don't feel like it. Chapter 33: Ending chapter Spriter had called out Houndoom. Figuring he'd have the advantage over Mark's Ice types, this would be the big shot, here. Wrong-O. Mark calls out his Shiny Suicune, aka North Wind. "Holy... crud..." spriter sighs, knowing his butt is toast. "That's strike one on your part. North wind, Hydro Pump," Suicune stands on it's hind legs then slams down on them, firing a huge blast of water from his mouth. Of course, Houndoom was taken down resilently. [Disclaimer: I really don't want to finish up this battle but I'll just use the "strikes" to do so...] "Okay, that was bad..." spriter recalls Houndoom, then calls out Sceptile, "But this time, I'm kicking your butt! Sceptile! Leaf Blade!" Sceptile's leaves turn into one huge leaf, charging in for the pain. "Strike two. Mirror Coat," Suicune has a veil surrounding him, and Sceptile causes damage but bounces off of the veil, taking even more damage, "Now, finish it with Ice Beam." Suicune fires a cold beam from it's mouth, freezing Sceptile into a block of Ice, ending the battle. "Alright, time to improvise... Let's go, Espeon!" Mark rolls his eyes, "Hydro pump, again..." Suicune saw Mark roll his eyes, knowing what to do. He stands on his hind legs, again. "HA! Espeon! Psychic!" "Nice one. Psyche! Suicune, Mirror coat!" Suicune, lands but doesn't use Hydro Pump, but instead, Mirror coat! Espeon, who was knocked back by the attack, hits the wall and faints, "Strike three, he's out." The rest of the battle wasn't good, as Mark predicted, repeating the strikes from one again, after the third. After the second "third" strike, spriter's last pokémon was swiftly taken down. "N-no way! How'd y-" "Just sit down already. I want to hurry up to the ending, so you can get revenge..." Mark whispers the last part. "Wh-" Mark puts a finger to his lips, "We don't want "Him" hearing us..." spriter nods, "Same goes for all of you, too, okay? We're gonna take out our anger on someone very aggitating. Pg. 8, Chapter 24." The others look at the scripts, while Idiot comes back with Jennifer. "Idiot! Good to see you've arrived. Claudia, I'm sorry you never got a chance to battle..." "It's alright. I'd probably lose, anyway," Claudia said, reading the script. "Idiot, it's time for concilation. If you can beat me, you'll have reached the top of all pokémon trainers in the AMLIK region. Let's get it on," Mark said. "YEAH!" Idiot jumps to his spot of the arena, holding out a pokéball. "And for the record, I'm using my actual team, so a pokémon that hasn't been in my team is substituted. Well, best make this battle a good one. Let's see if all that training paid off for you. Let's go, Arctic!" Mark calls out Dewgong, aka Arctic. Idiot calls out Sneasel. The Battle arena turns into a very large platform, moving into a room that makes it look like it's snowing lightly. One-winged Angel, from KH2, plays in the background.(You know, the battle where you face Sephiroth? I'm playing this as I type.) "Arctic, use Hydro Pump!" "Sneasilini! Cutter attack!" Sneasel dodges on his own and rides the Hydro pump attack, back to Dewgong, hitting him square in the face with a Cut attack. "Dewgong, while he's in range. Horn Drill him!" Dewgong's horn starts spinning and then he thrusts forward, with his head, and hits Sneasel. Idiot recalls Sneasel and calls out Absol. "Absollo! Slasher attack!" Absol charges in, using Slash, putting Dewgong in his place with a critical hit. "Nice," Mark recalls Dewgong, then calls out his Shiny Suicune again. "Absollo! Razor wind!" "Strike one. North Wind, Gust," when Absol launched the projectile attacks, the gust of wind deflected them right back at Absol. Absol dodges the attacks but that left him wide open, "Now, Ice beam." Idiot was even shocked by that, but he didn't give up, "Absollo! Uuh..." Boom! Absol was hit, "Use, uuh... Bite!" Absol retaliates with a bite, which doesn't really do much. "Shoot. North Wind, Mirror coat!" Suicune uses the attack but Absol stays firmly on, unaffected by the attack, "Shoot. No effect..." The bite gets worse on Suicune. "Absollo! Fainting attack!" Absol falls, while Suicune's still wincing in pain. Absol springs right back up again and strikes heavily. To Mark's surprise, Suicune falls. "Okay..." Mark recalls Suicune and calls out Venusaur, aka LeafGreen, "Don't ask. Just keep going." "Absollo! Slashy attack again!" "LeafGreen, Vine Whip Sweep!" Absol charges in for a Slash attack but Venusaur uses his vines and does a sweeping attack with them, making Absol trip. The vines then go up and slam down on Absol, finishing him off. Idiot recalls Absol and calls out his Shiny Sharpedo. "Oh, this is gonna be too easy..." "Sharky! Super Bitey attack!" "LeafGreen, Sunny Day." While Sharpedo uses Crunch, Venusaur used Sunny day, making the sun shine really bright. Venusaur gets his share of damage. "Sharky! Another Super Bitey attack!" "LeafGreen, Vine Whip to back him off and Solar Beam to finish him." While Vines smack Sharky right in the face, Solar Beam pretty much blew him in it also. Idiot recalls Sharpedo and calls out Houndoom. "Shoot! I forgot about that!" "Doggy! Use Flamethrowing!" Houndoom looks back at his trainer, in confusion but turns around and uses Flamethrower. The attack scorches Venusaur and finishes Venusaur off. Mark recalls Venusaur without a word and calls out Regice, Aka Freeze. "Doggy! Another Flametosser!" Houndoom "shrugs" but uses the attack. Surprisingly enough, it barely pierces the surface(Thank you, special tank!). "Freeze! Super Power!" Regice charges up a fist, the power so enormous, it raises some nearby rocks, and charges towards Houndoom, fist first, punching the living doo-doo out of him. Houndoom falls. Idiot recalls Houndoom and calls out Rayquaza. "Crud, his unstoppable weapon... Ice Beam!" "Rayquazap! Super Ultra Awesome Action Beam!!" Rayquaza figures it's his unstoppable weapon, Hyper Beam and uses that instead. Hey, it saved his butt, didn't it? Pretty much. The attack exploded, but not before hitting Regice first. Rayquaza took some damage but Regice fell over, defeated. "Heh, you're proving to be a good adversary!" Mark recalls Regice and calls out his Lapras, Aka Cold Fire. "Thankies!" Idiot gives Mark a thumbs up. "Distracted. Lapras, Perish Song." And the same effect with Alex's Misdreavus and spriter's Sceptile happened, happened, only with Mark's Lapras and Idiot's Rayquaza. 3 turns to live. "Rayquazap! Blind Fury!" Rayquaza went mad, using Outrage. Lapras's life is taken down by half. "Cold Fire! Thunderbolt!" Lapras uses Thunderbolt, stunning Rayquaza and paralyzing him(and slowing him down), "Now, Ice Beam!" the Focus band on Rayquaza saved him but left him in a critical state. 2 turns til fainting. Rayquaza continues the attack and beats down Lapras, finishing him off. Mark recalls Lapras, then calls out, his prized possession, and signature pokémon, Articuno, aka Aurora. One turn to live for Rayquaza. And it didn't even have to take effect. Rayquaza ended up being confused from the attacks, and in the next turn, Articuno didn't have to do a thing. Rayquaza punches himself out, ending his turn. "We're both down to our last Pokémon, Idiot, so don't back down!" Idiot recalls Rayquaza and finally calls out Umbreon, his last pokémon. "Aurora! Ice Beam!" "Umbreonnol! Quick strike!" Quick attack beat Ice Beam. It's like a game of rock, paper, sissors. Right now, Rock(Umbreon's Quick attack) just beat sissors. "Now! Star strike!" Idiot commands again. "You're getting overly confident! Reflect!" Now, Paper beats Rock. (Okay, now this is starting to get annoying) Articuno blocks off the star rays, and flies up high, for a counter attack. The attack phased in, like a shield and then phased back, a quick second later. "Another Ice beam!" With Articuno up that high, almost no attack could strike it. Umbreon's running around, trying not to get hit. "Umbreonnol! Phasing attack!" Umbreon must've knew exactly what Idiot meant, since he kicked off the wall and jumped up high, using Hidden power, phasing right through Articuno, with a water-based attack. Articuno descends. "Aurora! Charge up for another hit!" Articuno starts to glow. "Umbreonnol! Fainting attack!" Umbreon, figuring it wasn't the time to be "fainting" Charges in and hits Articuno with the "attack" part. Articuno took some damage. "Now! Sky Attack!" Maybe it was a bad idea to draw close. Articuno asends and descends down upon Umbreon, leaving him very weak. Umbreon, gets up slowly, but painfully. "Umbreonnol! Use Dark Lump!" Umbreon, quickly, fires Shadow Ball at Articuno, who leaves him in the same state. "Aurora! Mind Reader!" "Umbreonnol! Quick attack!" Articuno takes aim while Umbreon takes action. Umbreon hits Articuno and bounces back. Articuno still stands. Or flies... whatever. "Aurora! Finish it off with Sheer Cold!" "Umbreonnol! Finish it with Quicky Attack!" They draw close and it's a dramatic pause. Before Articuno whipped up a mighty blizzard, Umbreon does a Time breaking Quick attack, speeding close enough to finish this battle, hitting him. But Articuno also launches Sheer Cold, knocking back Umbreon. Who won?! Both pokémon stand tall, as if nothing happened. But then, they both fall! One-winged Angel, stops playing. "Whoo-hoo!! I win!" "Idiot, they both fell. Whoever gets up first, wins. Though, I doubt Umbreon will be getting up after th-" To his shock, Umbreon is the first one to move. Articuno is up second. Both staggering to their feet. When they're both up, they stare at each other, seeing who'll fall first. Articuno shows a glint in her eye and falls. "Heh, well done, Aurora. Ya done good," Mark said, recalling Articuno, "Well, Idiot, looks like you won. You're at the peak of the AMLIK region." "YAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Idiot said, jumping for joy, as the platform returns them back to the original arena. "I'll award you with this trophy. The AMLIK regional award," Mark receives the trophy from Alex, who got it from Mark's desk. The others clap for Idiot, so does the Legendary trainers. Chapter Fizzore(Epilogue): Payback "Now, that that's outta the way, hows you say guys we get a little payback?" Mark asks. The others nod. Everyone splits on their flying pokémon, gathering around everyone who lost against idiot, in joins of revenge. The writer, who doesn't catch on until right now, just now sees the text that shows all of this. In retrospect, they're all heading through the portal that leads to the real world, in short, where the writer is typing this, from the basement up to his room. ***************************************** Writer: Oh s!! tries to type fast enough to change this but they already busted down the door* M: You're gonna pay for making all of us lose to that Idiot!! Claudia: Yeah! Ryan: Yeah! Jennifer: Though, I actually won to Idiot, Yeah! Alex: Yeah! I.S.: Yeah! Lenny: Yeah! Steve: Yeah! Writer: Wait! I thought you moved on?! Steve: I did? Well... it adds to the drama! Sam: But back to our ranting, Yeah! Samantha: Yeah! Frank: Yeah! Billy: Yeah, Fuzz head! Frank: looks back to Billy Was "Fuzz head" really that necessary? Sarah: Yeah! Frank: I was talking about Billy, who just called the writer a "Fuzz head" Writer: And for the record, my hair's faded. raises an eyebrow. Sarah: I didn't say that was necessary. I was talking about the Writer, when Mark said that he was going to pay for making us lose to Idiot. That's what we're all saying "Yeah" for. Frank: Oh... Brad: Yeah! Kim: Yeah! Shirley: Yeah! Charlie: Yeah! And payback for making those girls chase me! Writer: Hey, at least you got a restraining order... Lola: Yeah! For three reasons! One for having me lose to Idiot, two for having been backstabbed by Vladimir! Vlad: Hey! Lola: And three, for having me being tied up in a broom closet and used as bait to catch Idiot! That's not right! Well how about I tie YOU* up, huh?! Huh?! Vlad: Yeah! Lue: Yeah! Lauren: Yeah! DK14: Yeah! I'm gonna shoot you one right in the a- Kenta: AS I was saying, Yeah! Aleah: Yeah! spriter: Yeah! Benjamin: Yeah! M: And all together now... Everyone(except the writer): YEAH!! Writer: Oh s**... runs around his room, screaming like a ninny* Everyone: GET HIM!!! they all chase after the writer Idiot: stops chasing the writer, seeing the computer Oooooooh, what's that?! pulls up the main file to Idiot's story. He presses Ctrl+A Oooh, pretty highlight... accidentally hits the backspace button Oops. disappears Everyone surrounded the Writer but then they all disappear, due to Idiot deleting the story. Writer: Phew! But now I gotta start back over from square one! grumbles Several months later... The writer replays the events, as they happened, with some excruciating details, and then starts back again, to right outside the building. ************************************ "Well, Idiot, you won. Now what do you plan to do?" Ryan asks. "I'm gonna go protect my title!" Idiot said, attempting to eat his trophy. "Th-that's not necessary!" Jennifer yanks the trophy from Idiot and places it in her backpack, "Well, we're gonna go to other regions and see about winning the championships there. What are you guys gonna do?" "We're going to settle down, start a family, in a few years, but mainly, have a few more championship battles back in our home region," Ryan said, arm around Claudia. "Well, good luck with winning them all," Claudia said, turning to Kenta and the other three, "What do you guys plan on doing?" "I'm going to go around the region, hunting down those guys I hate so much," Dragon_Kni14 said. "I'm going to go in the mirror and have a good long look at myself... then I'm going to Lavaridge to relax," Kenta said. "I'm going to train some more. I'll hang around this region a little more," Aleah said. "...Me? I'm going to go on my computer and loll around on the internet for a few hours... then train some more for next year's tournament," spriter said. The four of them part their ways. "Alright, so, I guess we'll see you again, someday..." Claudia said, to Idiot and Jennifer, and turning around with Ryan, ready to leave. "Wait!" Idiot shouts, both of them turning around, after walking a good amount of distance. Idiot calls out his Umbreon, then shoves it in Claudia's arms, "Yours!" Idiot grins. "W-what? Idiot, isn't he yours?" Claudia was speechless. After all the adventures that she's had with Idiot, using Umbreon, she had never expected him to GIVE her Umbreon. "Yours!" Idiot pushes Umbreon away, him even baffled. "But... why?" "My friend! Idiot don't wanna forget!" Idiot's eyes start to well in tears, then he suddenly embraces Claudia, crying a torrent, "I'M GONNA MISS YOU, CLAUDIA!!" The other two are astounded. I mean, sure, Idiot was allergic to affection but... he actually hugged first?! Claudia, with her only open arm, hugs Idiot back, "I'm gonna miss you too, Idiot. But, you can always come back and visit, right?" "Yeah!" Ryan said. "Really?" Idiot abruptly stops crying, "Whoo-hoo!" "Uuh... since we're all being generous, here... can I have Rayquaza?" said Vlad, who's in a pleading position. Claudia, Jennifer and Ryan just narrow their eyes and Claudia commands Umbreon to use Shadow Ball, launching Vlad into the air. Lue and Lauren just look at each other, from the bushes. "Well, best launch us into the air, or better yet, we'll fly off to follow him. Need a paycheck, y'know," said Lue. "G'bye!" said Lauren. They call out their Salamence and Flygon and fly off to follow Vladimir to the unknown... wherever he landed. "Well, time to take our separate ways... You sure you're going to visit? In fact..." Claudia takes a breath, "Idiot, by will, feel free, and never forget, to go to our region and come and visit us, okay?" Idiot salutes, "Yes, ma'am!" "Well, we'll be going now. The cruise to the Kanto region's about to be next and we don't want to miss it, okay?" Jennifer said, preparing to walk away. "Yeah, that would suck if you did," said Ryan. They four bid their good-byes and take their separate paths, going into the world of Pokémon to take on other challenges an- **************** Writer: Am I quite done yet?! M: subtly Shut up... ****************** Takes a bow as he hears applause Yaaaay! O_o applause stops That wasn't very manly of me at all... ignore that.
