Story Rules; Read before posting

No linking to a story you created somewhere else. You are allowed to copy and paste a fan-fic you created on another site to here. No stealing. Do your own work. Post as many chapters as you like. It must be at least four, or it will be moved to the short story section. You may have as many chapters as you like, as long as there are three or more. For a script-style story, you must also have at least 40 lines of text. A more "traditional" story (AKA: with paragraphs) must have at least seven paragraphs of four or more sentences. Don't rush. If people tell you you need a spell and/or grammar check, you probably do. It's preferable to type your story on Word or another word processor, then copy and paste it here. Double posting and thread reviving are allowed, as long as you're updating. You aren't allowed to double post/thread revive just to bring your story back to the top. You must post an update. No competitions in this forum. They goes in the Story Challenges and will be moved there. Avoid posting a story because you feel like it/writing a poorly constructed story. These are usually poorly constructed. If noticeable improvements aren't made withing the next three updates, your story will be locked. Completed stories will be moved to the Finished Stories sub-forum. Kindly ask Anthezar, Ramzam, or myself via PM to move it there and we will. The following images are permitted: -Maps(for made up lands) -Smilies(as long as they're not in the story. You can post them when commenting or talking about your story. Smilies include the actual graphics ( ) as well as typed faces (=D).) -Character drawings/pictures -Drawings/pictures of animals (mythical or not) -Basically, almost any type story related picture NO inappropriate images! Follow the "Calling all Writers" rules. Swearing is allowed, as long as you don't try to dodge the word censors, and your story is more than a constant exchange of cursing. I am sorry about any problems the line requirement may cause, but it is to prevent future problems. *subject to change*
