New Member Posts: 5 Group: Members Member #142 Joined: July 17, 2009	The Trial of Juno I (Called the Dawn of Hope) and The Trial of Juno II (Called the Second Promise) is the result of two and a half years of dedicated writing. Like Juno’s tribulations itself, the two fics did run into several situations where it was very possible they would never be completed. Trial of Juno II even reached a point of being stuck in a four month hiatus that had almost everyone believing that was the end of it, with the thread locked, never to be completed. However, after a long time, I got back up and continued it all the way to the end. It was not an easy job… In the beginning, The Trial of Juno I started off as The Gray Battlegrounds, which I honestly intended to be a stand alone story when I first started it. Never did I think it would become so much bigger and ultimately evolve into clearly the best fan fiction I’ve ever written. Even now, I can’t help but feel really proud about it, knowing this was finally completed when so many of my other fics never even got to taste their intended ending for one reason or another. In closing, it’s hard for me to say if there will be another fic of mine that could ever compete with these two, after pouring so much of my heart into them. I’ve tried on several counts, and never really came close, as the depth to these two stories is very hard to outrun. But, in the end, I don’t mind it, since these two stories have done more than enough to earn the honor of being my best fan fictions of all time.
