Merlin (my cat) has been having kidney failure during the past couple months.  Up until about a week ago, he isn't acting like himself.  Merlin just stopped taking care of himself and stopped playing...he's just not himself any more.  His attempts at escaping became desperate and we felt that he was trying to escape to just die.  Well, on Wednseday, the vet found blood in his urine.  He gave him two days in case it was an infection, but there was a small chance that it was.  So, this morning we're taking him to the vet and we're going to let him go.
