Organizations New California Republic The New California Republic was born out of the remnants of government and military power in southern California. New Sacramento, the seat of power of the New California Republic, was built from the ruins of the former capital of Sacramento, which had been heavily damaged during the Apocalypse War. The stated goals of the New California Republic are to return order and stability to the whole of the former state of California. The government of the New California Republic is organized very much like the pre-war United States, with representatives electing a president. The New California Republic is one of the most technologically advanced organizations of post-apocalyptic America, with its military force deploying powered combat armor, laser and plasma weaponry, and other advanced weaponry. There have even been rumors of robots produced from pre-war plants for military purposes. California Free State The California Free State is located to the north of the New California Republic. Not much more than a collection of ragtag towns and outposts, the California Free State is comprised of frontiersmen, traveling merchants, adventurers, mercenaries, fortune-seekers, and other types of men attracted to the blasted remains of northern California. The military of the California Free State is not much more than militia groups, but time and time again they have proved themselves in combat, managing to fight off advances from the New California Republic and the strange Mutant Army. The nominal capital of the California Free State is the city of Boomtown. Mutant Army A mysterious force of mutants affected by the fallout from the Apocalypse War, the Mutant Army has emerged from a series of underground bunkers and laboratories throughout the former southwestern United States, presumably as the result of pre-war biological experiments. The Mutant Army is comprised of large human-like mutants with skin ranging from green to yellow; these troops are the eponymous mutant. However, the Mutant Army also has a large number of lesser-mutated troops, as well as large numbers of ghouls and other victims of the Apocalypse War. The Mutant Army is led by a mysterious person known only as the 'Master,' and it is unclear what the exact goals of this organization is. Raiders, Slavers, Outlaws and Bandits Rangers, Bounty Hunters, and Lawmen |

If I can find enough sprites, I might turn it into a project (in the likeness of the last CCRPG Great Battle :P) |
