Preparing for the Second Coming

With Compiliation III coming to a close soon (I just finished the last chapter on paper an hour ago), I'd like to get some feedback on the title subject.

I try to revolve my stories around my characters, their personalities, and developments, rather than prose about environments and sights. Therefore, I'd like you guys to give me feedback on how you like the many different characters of CCRPG Marines: not just your own, although feedback on how you would like to see him develop (by PM if you want it to be private :P) would be nice, but also on others:

What is your perception of X character? There are several characters (Calahan, Synair, Erikson) that I give a lot of page time and development to. Calahan especially is a character that I mean to give multiple interpretations for. What are your perceptions/interpretations of these characters?

Which character would you like to see more of? There are several relatively and definitely flat characters, MC and NMC alike, (Ryan and Cow are rarely seen so far. Aster, Jason, Tiduos, etc. appear regularly but are flat) that get little page time and/or development. Is there anyone you would like to see more of, physically and/or peronality-wise?

What are your opinions on some of the NMCs? Because they are mostly fill-in characters, the NMCs get little page time, although there are exceptions (McKnight, Wolf, Bradley). Still, I'd like to know your opinions/interpretations of these characters, and who you would like to see more of.

You can give me more feedback than just these three questions, but still, I would like some feedback in general. ^_^

It's obvious that each member likes himself best, but I mean other than that. A small commence doesn't give me a whole lot of feedback, mate ;)

Bump. Seriously guys, I'd like some more feedback than the occasional pat on the back.

I'd like to see more of Tewkes, mainly because I like the way he talks. I also like the recent characterization of Cow as something more than a brawling drunkard, though I do like how the essence of his character still shines through ("eat, drink, fuck, drink some more..."). He always seems to have something new to say that I just am not expecting.

On another note, I like the inclusion of the opposing side's perspective in the story. It helps to see some more of the inner mechanics of the plot, which makes it more enticing to continue reading.

As for character perceptions, right now I can't help but imagine Calahan as some sort of gun-slinging "cowboy", for lack of a better descriptor. He just has that persona with the way he handles himself and the reliance he has on his gun, whichever gun it is that he is using at the time. He's a rather ambiguous character, being both reliable and rebellious at the same time, with the interaction of his various traits creating a very real war-time persona.

I also want to see more of Colonel Sloan, he seems like an interesting character.

I hope that's helpful, it's all I could think of at the moment.

I have several opinions, but the main thing is that I like the arguement between Synair and Calahan, and I think (knowing my personality) I would go into some form of politics following me leaving the corps (The Legislature, whatever its called). It would be interesting (I think) to see the future interaction between Politician Synair and Evil Bastard Calahan.
Work in progress.

Or even, you go into politics and conspire to destroy the Marines to get back at Calahan. :P

I can't see a character based on me doing that
