Attention all members, after much anticipation and wait, Country Capital RPG version 5.0 has officially been released for public play!

CCRPG has gone through a vast transformation since the vague, hazy days of February 2005. I'd like to commend those very few members that have stayed true to us since the beginning [most of them have found staff positions]. I would also like to take a moment to extend my greatest gratitude to those people that I call my staff. They are a dedicated, all volunteer group that spend their time helping me to make this place great for everyone, so thank you.

To all the members, thank you for playing and I hope you are all enjoying yourselves. To those that once played here or joined here, welcome back! I hope you find something that keeps you stay this time, and you are all forgiven for leaving for whatever purpose, and are invited to rejoin us again.

Anyway, the game has taken a developmental turn for the better. We are on the verge of automation, and we have a sleek new website, countrycapitalrpg.com which is in the process of being upgraded. I invite you to test the site's capabilities by joining and maintaining a profile there.

As for the game, it has gone through many improvements and features. We now focus heavily on economics, which is arguably the root of all politics. The domestic economy should keep you all busy for some time. It is rather complicated, so please don't hesitate to PM me with any and all concerns. I suggest you all to look at my state profile, domestic economy topic, and income report for an example of how it all works.

I intend for this to be the definitive version of CCRPG, the culmination of all of our trials and errors in the past versions. Let's hope we don't need another upgrade. ;)
But without much further ado, I give you Country Capital RPG version 5.0, enjoy your stay. :)

And now I must go for some time, so I'm glad it's all up. I've got a couple more topics and things I want to do to get everything set up [including doing all my own Ellia topics]. But all that matters is all critical game elements are up, but don't think that this is everything.

I'll see you all later!
