<span style='font-size:7pt;line-height:100%'>All members start with a warning level of 0. Currently I just altered the system to go from 0 - 4, min - max. My proposal is that if someone is caught flaming or abusing someone they get an immediate warn of 1 (which is one click and equals 25%). This is the initial warning and as such it is just that, a warning. Nothing else will change. However, in the Member Warning Center there is a section called Reason for this warn adjustment. This must be filled out. Just write something like "Flaming in post (insert title, date here). Possibly give a quote". No email will be sent for this, but you can see your own warn level so it doesn't matter. This warn level will stay in tact for two weeks, which will be like a probation period. If the member doesn't flame again then their warn level will be decreased by 1 for good behavior. If they do flame again then more measures will be taken. The warn level will be increased by 1 again, but this time their account will be suspended for 3 days. Once they come back it will be a 1 week probation period for the second warn, and then 2 weeks extra for the initial. If it happens again before the first week is over then the warn level will be increased by 1 and they will be suspended for 5 days. It will take 1 week for the third warn, 1 week for the second warn and 2 weeks for the third warn to be decreased. If they do it again before the first week then they will be warned once again and suspended for 7 days. Once they come back it will be 1 week for the last warn, 1 week for third warn, 1 week for the second warn and 2 weeks for the first warn. IF it happens again before the first week is up then we will need to discuss the case as a whole and find a suitable punishment, because obviously the suspensions aren't working. Basically, if someone flames this will happen, second, third and forth times mean during the same period, before probation is over:
