Should they refuse orders whilst in Iraq they should be dishonourably discharged. No matter what you political belief is you have sworn an oath to follow your government's orders and you should carry them out within the realm of the law. So their choices should have been either follow the orders or leave the military.

But the Goverment won't let them leave.

Also, If you were in the military in Iraq, and you where to slaughter 200 innocent civilians, ON PURPOSE, would you?

So they cannot request to be instantly dismissed from the military? If so well than that's a structual problem.

Please tell where their order to slaughter 200 innocent civilians? Do you have proof of that allegation.

So then let's say I join the military and then I decide I don't want to fulfill my order of doing a patrol near that town because there is a slight risk that I could end up killing innocent civilian. Is my refusal to follow out order right or wrong?

Furthermore would those who support these troops just because they 'hate' the war please announce themselves, so that I know who to ignore if they continually keep supporting this troops.

I support these Troops, not because I hate the war, but because I want them to stay alive. Although I do hate the war. If you ignore everyone who hates the war, you have much exposure to new Ideas, and that, is called being ignorant.
Work in progress.

I should have explained my position much more clearly.

I will ignore them if they continually support the troops just because they themselves hate the war and they have no other reason for supporting the mutineer's otherthan because they themselves hate the war.

I hate the war and the troops (mostly for only political reasons, I'm sure they're nice in person...mostly, such as the ones I know/have read about)...so I'm safe and in the clear. ^_^
