Well, since I can't edit topics in the 'How to Play' Board, and no admins will post the new amendments even though they've been voted in, I've decided that I will do it.

Amendment IV.

To: Section IX. Armed Hostilities & War

Occupied Sectors: An occupied sector will have the following attributes:

The following will now come into play:
Cannot increase population
Cannot collect resources (the occupying power can if they have a resource harvestor)
Cannot use industry or tourism.
Cannot create units.

There are no costs to occupying a sector, you simply need at least 3 military units in it to hold the sector. Occupation ceases if units are destroyed or leave sector. This is similar to annexation.

Amendment Null!.

To: Sector III. Resources

Steel: Steel is considered a metal. This means that it can be used for purchases and also for annexations.

Amendment V.

To: Section IV. Military & Domestic Industrial Complex

Industry Production is based off of single units of raw resources instead of groups of 10. -1 -> +10, etc.

I don't remember the last two actually being agreed upon  Honestly, I don't care for the last two.

Yea, I don't care for V or VI, they really don't make any sense. Take V: This way, you turn 20 metal (10 Iron, 10 Copper) into 100 metal, giving 5 times the purchasing power.
Work in progress.

All VI means is that one factory doesnt have to use all 10 metal (for example) to make 100 weapons. If you wanted only 50 weapons, you could use only 5 metal. Thats fine. For V, Mr J Darach does have a point...

Why don't you like it? It makes sense. A factory doesn't have to operate at full capacity in real life, so why wouldn't they have to in this game?

I still don't like the steel...However,I found out I read the last one wrong ;)

I thought it meant 1:100.I didn't know it was for any amount.I'll go for it :D It needs to be shown though how much is being made I guess somewhere.

lol, yeah... The steel does seem a bit unrealistic.

Guys! These were agreed upon in the RULES EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, aka the place where the rules are changed. I could give you links, but you couldn't see them if I did so it really wouldn't matter.

Plus, it clearly reads: -1 -> +10.

Also, the option is yours to use steel as a purchasing or annexing metal. Personally, I probably won't because I need steel for my military. Also, who cares about unrealistic, it's doing a favor to you, why don't you like it?
