Amendment IV.

To: Section IX. Armed Hostilities & War

Occupied Sectors: An occupied sector will have the following attributes:
  • The following will now come into play:
  • Cannot increase population
  • Cannot collect resources (the occupying power can if they have a resource harvestor)
  • Cannot use industry or tourism.
  • Cannot create units.

There are no costs to occupying a sector, you simply need at least 3 military units in it to hold the sector. Occupation ceases if units are destroyed or leave sector. This is similar to annexation.

Amendment V.

Industry Production is based off of single units of raw resources instead of groups of 10. -1 -> +10, etc.
