the Reverend Bishop Katharine Toft, Dean of the Council of Bishops:

My dear brothers and sisters, it is with great sorrow that I announce to you that Her Holiness Mother Regina has passed away. I, too, am sad to say that the Holy Mother did not die in a state of peace. She was plagued by the on-going reformation of the Church from a nation to an organization.

Regina has ascended to the Heavens and now sits with the Divine. She shall lend her aid as the first Saint in the Church Triumphant.

It is with a tinge of joy that I announce that a successor has been voted upon by the Conclave and the Electorate. I would like to welcome the Reverend Bishop Margaret Moore to the podium.

Bishop Moore, if you will please place your hands upon the Holy Writ and I will administer the Holy Rite of the Vows of Office.

Her Holiness Archbishop Margaret Moore:

I Margaret Moore do solemnly swear to uphold the position that I am about to accept. I vow to uphold the Word of the Divine revealed through the Holy Writ. I vow to uphold the Laws of Canon, as revealed through the Grace of the Creator. I vow to protect and defend the Children of G-d as best of my ability. I vow to remain pure in mind, body, and soul. I vow to promote and spread the Holy Writ in all nations. I vow to lead the Children of G-d with grace and strength given by the Divine.

All of these things I vow with the Force of the Eternal One.

Amen.

the Reverend Bishop Katharine Toft:

ORD ALMIGHTY--We ask that you bless your daughter Margaret Moore and lend her the grace, wisdom, and strength to fulfill this duty that they are about to enter into. We ask that you be present in this assembly and speak through Her Holiness the Elected Archbishop of the Church.

Her Holiness Archbishop Margaret Moore:

To my dearest brother and sisters dispersed throughout the world, I would like to thank you in advance for welcoming me into your life as the Archbishop of the Holy Church Triumphant.

To my friends in the Conclave and the Electorate, I thank you for electing me as your leader. I shall do my best to live up to your standards, with the blessing of the Almighty.

I would like to begin my administration with the following words from my predecessor, Holy Mother Regina I, "I do not live for myself. I live for the Unnamed G-d and my people."

The Holy See no longer functions as a civil nation. We are a pure church now. I invite all nations listening to this speech to welcome the Church Triumphant into your nation. I am the Spiritual Leader of the world's citizens. I do not take this position lightly, mind you. It was with great meditation and prayer that I felt the Divine calling me to fill this position.

I shall be brief and to the point, my friends. I would like for the Word of the Lord to be preached the world over. I long for missionaries to be sent out to the heathen lands at once. I am not the head of the Church. Peace and Love are the real rulers of this congregation. I am nothing but the outlet in which they work through.

I thank you, again, for electing me as your Archbishop. I officially consecrate my administration and this body present.

May the LORD ALMIGHTY keep you and bless you.

Amen.

HRH King Baselius: The Kingdom of Ellia has felt the shock of Her Holiness' death. We mourn her and all that she has done in the name of God.

We would like to extend our welcome to the new Archbishop Moore. We would also like to open ourselves to the new Church, and establish a relationship stronger between the Ellic people and the Church Triumphant, stronger than that between two former nations.

In accordance with this new relationship, I would like to personally and humbly request the Archbishop to hold a religious coronation ceremony for myself, to confirm our friendship with the Church and shared faith in the LORD.
