I. DIETY

Section One: NAMES OF THE DIETY

The following are names appropriate to call the Diety.
a.The Unnamed G-d

i. The Father/The Mother[Not a favorable title/name]

Section Two: FUNCTION OF DIETY

a. Creator

d. Healer
e. Revealer of Prophecy

Section Three: STATE OF DIETY

The Church shall uphold the belief that we, as mortals, are unable to comprehend the nature of the Divine. In our humble compacity and ability, we refer to the Divine as either male or female. This is only so that we in our simplicity can attempt to understand the Divine. We understand in full measure that we will never understand the Divine's true nature.

II. CHURCH

Section One: ROLE OF CHURCH

The Church shall function for the following purposes:

a.Worship of the Divine
b.Praise of the Divine
c.Edification of the Divine's Creations
d.Protection of the Divine's Creations
e.Moral Authority

Section Two: NAME OF CHURCH

The Church shall be called The Church Triumphant.

Section Three: GOVERNANCE OF THE CHURCH

The Church shall be governed as follows:

Archbishop[Held for Life]
Arch Deacon[Held as Long as ArchBishop Lives]*
Gaurdian [Held for life]*

*Arch Deacon and Gaurdian are of equal rank below the Archbishop

Conclave[100 Persons]--Religious
--Speaker of the Conclave

--Council of Bishops[50 Persons]
---Dean of the Council

--Council of Seers[10 Persons]
---Dean of the Council

Electorate[100 Persons]--Lay[Foreign Representatives]
--Speaker of the Electorate

III. The Archbishop

Section One: ELECTION

When an Archbishop dies, the collective College will be expected to convene in a secret location, selected by the Superior General, to determine the next Governor of the Church.

a. Procedure of Election
--Electorate and Conclave will take initial votes. Those recieving more than 50 votes will advance.
--Sub-Finals. Those getting one quarter of the votes will advance.
--Finals. A Final election. The Majority wins.
b. Justification of Election
--Those sitting in either body are advised to spend a full day in prayer and fasting for the election. Members are to vote on the call of the Divine.
c. Odd Things
--The voted official must be in the Conclave.
--The voted official will automatically be sworn into the Council of Bishops, if not already a member.

Section Two: OATH OF OFFICE

The Dean of the Council of Bishops will administer the Sacred Rite of Holiest Orders to the elected Archbishop.

a. Oath

"I ________ do solemnly swear to uphold the position that I am about to accept. I vow to uphold the Word of the Divine revealed through the Holy Writ. I vow to uphold the Laws of Canon, as revealed through the Grace of the Creator. I vow to protect and defend the Children of G-d as best of my ability. I vow to remain pure in mind, body, and soul. I vow to promote and spread the Holy Writ in all nations. I vow to lead the Children of G-d with grace and strength given by the Divine.

All of these things I vow with the Force of the Eternal One.

Amen."

b. Process of Oath
--Elected Archbishop will place right hand on the Holy Writ as the Dean of the Council of Bishops speaks the following prayer:

"LORD ALMIGHTY--We ask that you bless your son/daughter __________ and lend him/her the grace, wisdom, and strength to fulfill this duty that they are about to enter into. We ask that you be present in this assembly and speak through Their Holiness the Elected Archbishop of the Church.

c. Speech
--The Archbishop, after vowing the Oath of Office, will give a speech. This shall be followed with a Liturgy.

Section Three: REQUIREMENTS

a. The Archbishop shall be no younger than twenty years of age.
b. The Archbishop may not have a criminal record in any peace-loving nation.
c. The Archbishop shall be a practicing member of the Church Triumphant
d. The Archbishop must be from the Conclave.
e. The Archbishop must be an ordained member of the Holy Clergy.
f. The Archbishop must have a degree(honorary or not) from an established University of Divinity.

IV. The ARCH DEACON/THE GAURDIAN

Section One: Function

--The Arch Deacon shall serve as the direct assistant to the Archbishop. They shall assist in the liturgy as well as over see both bodies of the College.

Section Two: Requirements

a. The Arch Deacon shall be no younger than 18 years of age.
b. The Arch Deacon shall not have a criminal record in any peace-loving nation.
c. The Arch Deacon shall be a member of the Conclave.
d. The Arch Deacon shall be a participating member of the Church Triumphant

Section Three: APPOINTMENT

a. The Arch Deacon shall be selected by the Arch Bishop to serve as his/her chief assistant and secondary head of the church.
b. The Arch Deacon shall be sworn in with both hands upon the Holy Writ speaking the following prayer:

"LORD ALMIGHTY, I ask that you would bind my words with an ever-strong rope. I ask that you would give me the strength, grace, and wisdom necessary to aid His/Her Holiness the Archbishop. I hearby take the office of the Arch Deacon with a sane mind and a clean heart.

Amen."

V. Religious Bodies

Section One: The Conclave

a. The Conclave shall serve as the religious body compromised of clergy.
  1. Conclavists shall be no younger than twenty five years of age.
  2. Conclavists shall hold a degree from an accredited University in Divinity or Theology.
  3. Conclavists shall be ordained members of the clergy.
  4. The Conclave shall be compromised of one hundred clergy.
b. The Conclave shall convene to discuss the well-being of the Church.
c. The Conclave shall take part in votes presented to it by the Archbishop or the Arch Deacon
d. The Conclave shall have the following office-holders:
  1. Speaker of the Conclave
  2. Council of Bishops
    a. The Council of Bishops shall be compromised of fifty ordained Bishops, appointed by the Archbishop.
  3. Council of Seers
    a. The Council of Seers shall be compromised of ten ordained prophets, mystics, and visionaries appointed by the Council of Bishops.
   
   
Section Three: The Electorate

a. The Electorate shall serve as the religious body compromised of laymen and women.
  1. Electors shall be no younger than the age of twenty five years old.
  2. Electors shall not have a criminal record in any peace-loving nation.
  3. The Electorate shall be compromised of one hundred laypeople.
b. The Electorate shall convene to discuss the well-being of the Church in regards to the civil world.
c. The Electorate shall vote on matters presented by the Archbishop or the Arch Deacon.
d. The Electorate shall have the following office-holders:
  1. Speaker of the Electorate
  2. Board of Missions
    a. The Board of Missions shall be compromised of ten lay men or women.
    b. The Board of Missions shall elect a Chairperson of the Board.
  3. Board of Clergy-Lay Relations
    a. The Board of Clergy-Lay Relations shall be compromised of ten lay men or women.
    b. The Board of Clergy-Lay Relations shall elect a Chairperson of the Board.


VI. Religious Congregations

Section One: DEFINITION

--A Religious Congregation shall be any body of people forming a group with one specific theological purpose in mind.

Section Two: FUNCTION

a. The Religious Congregations shall provide prayer and other such services to the Church Triumphant.

Section Three: CLASSIFICATION

a. The Relgious Congregations shall be classified as one of the following:
  1.Educational
  2.Missionary
  3.Healthcare
  4.Production
  5.Contemplative

Section Four: GOVERNANCE and FORMATION

a. A Religious Congregation must be consecrated by the Archbishop and recieve permission to operate.
b. A Religious Congregation shall have an initial leader appointed by the Archbishop.
  1. The leader appointed by the Archbishop shall be known as the Prior(ess).
c. Upon the death or resignation of a Prior(ess), the Congregation shall take a vote of it's members to decide the next leader.
d. Congregations are autonomous in terms of Bishops. They shall answer only to their Prior(ess) and the Archbishop.

Section Five: AMENDMENTS

I. Conclave passed amendment adding the position of Gaurdian to the hierarchy, falling directly below Archbishop and of equal status with the Arch Deacon. 3-21-07
