Sophultiman Ambassador to the UN Geoffrey Robins: Now that Adolf Hitler is in the hands of the Rezelian Government, it is of interest to me, will the Rezelians carry out his trial, or shall he and his aides be turned over for a UN tribunal?

Ambassador Warren: I believe he should be turned pver to the UN for trial only, as I believe the Rezelian courts will be biased against him after the horrors he has caused

Ambassador Gerhard: Mr. Hitler is in the custody of the United States of Rezelia, and will be tried under Rezelian law.

The United States of Rezelia will not extradite him to a U.N. court.

S. UN Ambassador Robins: Forgive me if I am wrong, but does not Rezelia's legal system call for a trial with a jury of your peers? Who would serve this position for Hitler?

And forgive me for saying so but if Rezelia tries him he may become a martyr. Would not a UN tribunal cause less of a headache? Rezelia would still lead the prosecution and have one of the judges since they are on the Security Council.

UN Ambassador George Kelly: Sorry to correct you Mr Robins, but if Adolph Hitler is to be tired, the High Court would have to be created. That would take some time, time I believe that Rezelia dosen't want to waste.

Furthermore if Rezelia wishes to not create a martyr, all they have to do is give him life in prision.

OOC: ah, I made that last comment with the idea that the security council would sit as tribunal judges.

Ambassador Warren: I agree with Ambassador Robins that Security Council leaders should serve on the jury. I would also like to suggest that Hitler not be give life in prison, but 1,000 years, as those sentenced to life in prison sometimes get paroled after 20 years.

OOC: Hey, it happens in the USA

Captain for Foreign Affairs, Jolly Roger: "Here is a compromise, Hitler should be tried in Dangor Fleet lands under Dangor Law. Pirate Law. Proven Guilty he could undergo any number of punishments from hanging to imprisonment, to walking the plank!! This way he would not be made a martyr and there would be no wasted time on his trial. and we be close. We suggest Laustralian Bay as the location (sector-65)"

OOC: go on you know you want to make him walk the plank!
