(AEUG post here, the battle will commence as soon as the staff are ready) A week after Karl had given his briefing on Commands plan for the attack, the Gibberish sat in one of the debris fields that surrounded Konpeitoh, readying supplies and re-hashing the plan over and over to make sure that everyone knew their part. Karl and Jim had spoken on trip to their staging point and had come to the conclusion that missiles with M-particle spreaders on board would be able to do the job of jamming the enemies communications just as effectively as landing troops but without the loss of life entailed in storming a small fortress. |

(Nothing can happen till ya all post up) Samantha had arrived early to the hangar as the ship neared the soon to be battlefield. She began her final checks on the systems in her suit. After hearing rumors of this Stranger aboard the ship she felt that she couldn't feel safe without doing the check herself. "Systems scans are.... 85% complete. Shouldn't be too much longer. Linda on the other hand was more than comfortable sitting in her room reading over the battle-plan as well as reading up on this AEUG team. "Might as well know their strong points, since their weak points are quite visible just by walking into the hangar. She said as she took a sip of the water from the bottle to the right of her. |

Wolfram was already floating around in the hangar, dressed in his normal suit and fully briefed on this upcoming operation against the facility in Konpetioh's airspace. Since his last assignment prior to retirement was at Konpetioh, he was familiar with the territory. My knowledge of the airspace may come in handy if some part of this operation heads south for any reason. Seems I was wrong about this unit...at least when they're on-duty. Off-duty...that's what I need to look out for. |

Karl's Dias II was set up to be the first one sent out, he sat inside the cockpit and ran his checks, his power distribution was altered slightly with his add on of a single beam pistol and it's accompanying rack, he'd only lost a negligible amount of his speed as a result and the added flexibility in firepower made his suit all the more deadly close in. The unit had spent the better part of a week pouring over every bit if intel they had on hand to get a good idea of what kinds of defenses would be in place at the Shield and now with high confidence the ship sat poised to launch the first and second waves of their attack plan. Tethered to the ventral hull of the Gibberish the civilian cargo vessel was being loaded with the specially modified cargo containers that housed the missile pods. Named the CCS Kraken, the ship was the current industry standard for large cargo corporations and had been relatively easy for the AEUG to procure and while another AEUG unit diverted the real Kraken, the fake cargo ship would take it's place. At exactly noon, thirty minutes before the Kraken was due to arrive with it's hold full of rations, the Gibberish launched a series of ten canisters out to a predetermined location, these were the dummies that were meant to draw off the enemy in exactly half an hour, all but one were made to look like Salamis Kai's in both visual inspection and on thermal scopes, they were Rigged with a great deal of explosives to make their eventual destruction appear legitimate. Minutes later, the Kraken rigged on auto pilot and with a pre-recorded smart response system with the security information programmed into it's memory to allow the ship to hail the Shield without being manned, was sent off on it's course to make the shield in fifteen minutes. |

Banska sat inside his Gundam, the shapes and contours of the ship’s hangar illuminating his graying flight suit. He finished going over his flight check for a third time, just for shits and giggles, before checking his clearance. His hyper bazooka was stored on his skirt storage rack and he didn’t want to bang up anything by being clumsy. |

After floating around the hangar for a few moments longer, Wolfram decided it was time to get inside that mobile suit of his. Pushing himself towards the Mass Production Zeta, he moved forward in the zero-G environment until getting close enough to the hatch and stopped himself by performing two flips to decrease momentum. Opening up the cockpit hatch, Wolfram floated inside until sitting down into the linear seat and strapped himself in. Quickly powering up all the systems, he could feel the mobile suit coming to life. Not exactly the best way to start a new assignment. I know no one here, and I was assigned a mobile suit that doesn't exactly have much in the way of weapons. At least that sensor package upgrade Tirpitz gave these units was a bonus. Never fought as a sniper before...should prove quite the challenge. As soon as all systems on the Mass Production Zeta were running, Wolfram began running a systems and flight check. |

Dracid was wandering down the halls of the ship toward the flight deck, lost in thought. He began to wonder what death was like, thinking back to the pilot of the Aqua GM he inadvertantly killed during Silent Storm. Sure, it was the enemy, and if he didn't get him first, he probably wouldn't be contemplating this at the moment. He shook his head and entered the flight suit room. He walked over to his locker and took out his suit and put it on. He sighed and moved his snowy hair off of his forehead and put on the helmet. He went to the mobile suit bay and spotted his Nemo towards the end. He headed down in its direction. After a five minutes that felt like an hour, he reached in and opened the cockpit. He entered and closed the hatch, booting up the Nemo's systems. He ran a quick check; everything okayed, then waited for the order to go. |

(Ok seriously yall, it's hard for me to even want to start the battle when yall never post to help set up everything... which is why I have been waiting as long as I have to do so) At the appointed time Karl stepped out onto the cat and activated his com, "Alright, remember to inflate your camouflage when we enter the debris field and cut your thrusters once you do, otherwise you'll just be a target." With that Karl was launched off the end of the deck and hurtled through space towards the 7th's next victim. |

The waiting time before launch had quickly passed, and Wolfram hadn't seen hide nor hair of his commanding officer in Cyclone Team. As he watched Tirpitz launch into space, the veteran decided to join him. If this Anderson fellow was pissed about it, he'd take it up with him after this was all said and done. Besides, Wolfram wasn't too enamored with having to serve under a former blackshirt. Quickly disengaging the locking bolts keeping his mobile suit in its berth, he moved the Mass Production Zeta out of its berth and walked towards the starboard catapult. Locking the feet into the magnetic clamps, he heard Karl's transmission and acknowledged with a simple "roger". The lights went green, and Wolfram was launched from the catapult and into space, hurtling with Karl towards his old stomping grounds. It's time for you Titans to pay by pounds of flesh...for all the people you've murdered. |

Jim had done a thorough once-over of suit yet again out of paranoia to make sure all that never-to-be-sufficiently-damned pink paint was gone. Satisfied it was, he bade Ambrose good luck. As his oldest friend headed to his Gundam, Jim clambered into his own mobile suit and ran through the preflight checklist. With that done, he slipped into the portside cat queue behind Karl. Spotting Ambrose's Mk II mirror his movements on the starboard catapult, sliding in behind Wolfram. Guy needs to learn to listen... he's a fine stick, but he doesn't see the big picture that well... or listen to those of us that do Jim thought, miffed at his new squadmate. Right off the bat, he'd seen the man bristle at the thought of serving alongside and under ex-Titans, and it only got worse from there. Eddy hadn't seen the big picture that well, but he'd known that and placed his trust in Jim and Karl, both of whom did. From the sim work Jim had put his squad through, it was clear Wolfram didn't, but didn't know he didn't either, which was far worse. Harkness hadn't seemed too inclined to listen to Jim's tactics in the sims, and at one point had ignored Jim's call that a mobile suit team was nothing more than decoys. Wolfram had instead pursued against Jim's orders, and that ended the sim in disaster. Jim's call that the first team was only decoys had been right on the money, and Wolfram had been perfectly out of position to allow a team of suits powered down and lying in wait to catch Jim and Ambrose on the other side of the convoy and get free shots off. They'd failed that sim, and Jim had made his displeasure known to his new pilot, who had grudgingly admitted his error but showed no signs he regretted it. This time it's for real, son of a gun had better listen Jim mused as he stepped onto the catapult. He blasted off the cat and slipped into assigned formation, with Ambrose settling onto his starboard wing. |

Chelsea and Linda had listened to the messege that Karl had made before he launched. They waited for it to be their turn to launch and then did just that. They fell into formation and procced to cut their thrusters. (sorry 4 the crappy post it's hard to post on a psp) |

“Understood.” Banska moved his MK II onto a deck catapult. “Senne, launching.” The gundam was hurled into space and its thrusters ignited. Banska fell into loose formation behind Karl. |

As Wolfram noticed that Jim and Ambrose had finally launched from the ship, he gently growled at his misfortune of serving under a pair of ex-blackshirts. The only reason I screwed up on that sim in the first place was to piss them off. He thought somewhat jokingly to himself before opening a COM to his "commanding" officer. No way in hell does that ex-blackshirt and his lackey command me. "Sorry about that, but I got tired of waiting. Besides, Tirpitz is the superior offier and he gave the order to launch." |

Jim and Ambrose had been seconds off the cat behind Karl and Wolfram, but that hadn't stopped the smartass from commenting on it. Didn't that jackass pay attention at the briefing? Eddy, if I ever see you again, I am going to have a few words about this idiot Jim fumed as he reached for the comm. "Beadwindow" he transmitted to Wolfram in a directional burst transmission, using the code word to remind the jackass that the team was under full EMCON and they were to maintain radio silence. I'll have a word with Karl about busting this guy back to JG if he keeps this up... Christ, why can't Ambrose be my team's exec? he fumed as he held course. |

Receiving the transmission from Jim, Wolfram read it loud and clear. Deciding to get some professionalism back into this, he simply kept his mouth shut and closed all channels. Quickly getting his head back into the job, he fell back into formation with Anderson's Hyaku Shiki Kai and Saytrus' Gundam Mark II on the portside wing. Might as well do something to make the bastard happy.
