Floating lazily in orbit around the Earth's equator, the Temptation class shuttle carrying the group of AEUG misfits waited patiently for their pick up. It had been four hours since they had launched just off the east coast of North America and they had yet to see any sight of their beloved battleship. Six hours into their floating boredom, a Jade-green dot appeared on their six, just past the visible horizon. It closed the distance in mere minutes with the ships far larger thrust capacity. Pulling alongside the shuttle, it was easily noticeable that the ship had been modified, the empty space under the forward ends of the catapults had been filled in to make room for a larger compliment of mobile suits. The ship sent over cables to keep the ship stable, it then sent over a transit cable to allow the occupants of the shuttle to transfer off the shuttle. After donning their normal suits, or in the case of the pilots, their pilot suits, the occupants made short work of heading over to the Gibberish and leaving the pilots to re-entering the atmosphere. |
