| Welcome to Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam: The Gryps War. After three and a half years, this site has finally gone inactive, due to waning interest and gradually lower attendance numbers. However, the site will remain up for the forseeable future to showcase the One Year War and The Gryps War archives. Feel free to take a look, or to contact admins and members, many of whom have moved onto other RPG projects. Join the fight! If you're already a member, then come on in already: |

The Current Staff Roster is: CYNICSIM AT ITS BEST - AEUG Administrator GM ace - Titan Administrator O'Regan - AEUG Moderator Orrick Alexander - Titan Moderator And we rule over you all with an iron yet loving fist, I assure you. Now, as to how we go about doing that: any questions, comments, concerns, rants, or ramblings can be issued to any member of the Staff; Admins have more programming power (we can make everyone's name pink, for instance; fear our power!), but in terms of dealing with decisions it's all equal. However, sometimes things don't go smoothly, so on a rotating schedule a single Staff member gets the power of veto. We're not telling you who gets it when, for security reasons, but every Staff member gets equal time with the hammer. When an issue is brought forth in the Staff HQ and a decision can't be decided upon after roughly 48 hours and all four of us have gotten to speak at least once on the issue, the person who has the power at the given time can either allow further debate or render a final decision. This way the delay is kept to a minimum while also allowing some time for everyone to state their views on the issue or resolve the issue by consent. When the Staff comes to a decision, that is pretty much that. Healthy debate and the presentation of opinions is encouraged and welcomed, but once that has been done and the decision is made it's probably the last we're going to hear of it. Debate is good, ignoring the outcome of that debate is not so much. The Staff roster generally doesn't change too much, but the way it has worked in the past is that if an Administrator leaves a Moderator is promoted up to that position, and if a Moderator leaves a normal Member is added to the Staff. And that's pretty much how we do business 'round these parts. |

Furthermore, we've decided that deals outside of official channels, i.e. deals over MSN, are done, too many problems have arisen from this. If you have an idea or request in mind, PM it to a staff member and have them send it on through the staff HQ. |

Too add some clarification to CAIB's post: While anything said or done on MSN is UNOFFICIAL, it is still applicable to a staff approval if submitted. Likewise, Staff members can help members flesh out their ideas and make it more detailed and believable. Afterwards, it still must be sent into the Staff HQ for the verdict. |
