Karl steered his ship along a difficult course that took he and his passengers around the known patrol routes of the Zeon military, his thrusters were near redlining from the difficult course corrections, Karl himself was sweating badly from concentrating on avoiding the debris of the old battlefield, he checked to his side to scan his radar when he entered a brief clear zone, "Damn, ten more kilometers of this." He remarked as the Vindicator dove into the other side of the clear zone. (Jumping things ahead for the smuggling op.) |

*No more limbo for you :P* An encrypted message came to the Vindicator on a special channel...the old Reaper frequency. The message stated: Karl, the Gibberish is heading towards Gryps colony to pursue the Titans, and to escort the new super awesome ship towards its destination. If you can make it, here are the coordinates. If not, I'll message you with our next location. May the Reapers live on. |

Karl grinned, "Hehehe thanks Seany boy." He started typing out a reply, 'Roger, should be on time for a rendezvous, currently about 20 minutes out from dropping off the cargo, tell dad his little girl will be fine.' Karl chuckled at the last part, thinking of how confused some Titans translator would be if he even found the Reapers channel. |

Bill responded with a simple "Roger roger roger roger." That way, if it's intercepted, they'll think he has a slight typing studer. |

The huge cylinder loomed in front of the Vindicator, appearing to turn slowly, this was Core 3, Karl marveled at the massive artificial environment that had been his home for most of his life, though it was no more. Maneuvering his ship into the predetermined position he'd been sent by his father he waited for the signal to enter the private dock the elder Tirpitz managed part time for an old friend, after only a few minutes of waiting the light signal flashed, spelling out "Long live the Reapers." Karl smiled, seeing that his dad was still supportive of him. Firing the auxiliary thrusters he slowly made his way to into the dock and sidled up to the only clear docking clamp, turning to the back to Horatio "Alright folks, we're here, my pops should be waiting for us with your escort." With that Karl unstrapped himself and headed for the airlock, hearing a resounding thud on the other side of the door he opened it and headed down the corridor. Stepping off the gang way Karl spotted his father, anyone who saw the two together would swear that they were brothers, Alfred von Tirpitz, formerly a Lt. Comdr. of the Zeon Military, barely looked a day over thirty in spite of his fifty five years, and smiled widely, "Hey Dad, it's been a while." He walked over and the two nearly killed each other with their bear hugs. |

Heather, seeing that they had finally arrived in Core 3, nodded and headed back to the quarters where Amelia was still sleeping on the couch. Quietly walking in, she found her daughter quietly sleeping. Kneeling down, Heather gently woke Amelia up and told her, "We're here." Immediately getting off the couch, Amelia picked up her guitar while Heather picked up a bag of personal items she had brought with her. The two walked together to the airlock, where they walked down the corridor and walked down the gangplank, seeing father and son reunite after a long while. As much as she was happy to be in the colonies, amongst family and mutual friends, Heather couldn't help but worry for her husband. "If there's one thing I know Eddy for, it's that he's dogged," the young woman said absentmindedly. |

Karl and Alfred released their grip on each other after a few seconds and Karl heard Heathers remark, to which he offered a small nod, Alfred smiled not knowing who Eddy was but knowing that if his son would give any kind of approval he was a decent man and a capable fighter. "Well Karl my boy, how long can you stay? Your mother would enjoy getting to see you for once." Karl's face turned to a disappointed frown, "Unfortunately, I can only stay as long as it takes for my ship to be refueled dad, my unit and I were in the midst of planning a raid when I was called away for this, so maybe an hour, maybe less, if you guys ever got off your asses and replaced that faulty fuel station pump." He chuckled at his chiding remark and Alfred returned the very same chuckle, "Yeah we replaced the damn thing, shouldn't take more than twenty minutes to get you juiced up." Karl and Alfred spent the rest of the time talking about Karl's doings in the AEUG, especially his time piloting mobile suits, something that Alfred deeply regretted that he'd never been able to do. When the fueling finished Karl and his Father said their good-byes. Karl sat down in the cockpit of his ship and started up the engines, he then eased the ship out of the berthing and spun it around to set course for the appointed meeting place, thinking for a moment he then sent another coded message to the fleet, 'Package delivered, heading for rendezvous point immediately, should be early.' |
