I would use with caution. That site has some articles by good scholars, but I also see the old idea that "the Cyrus Cylinder is a charter of human rights." I don't recognize the writer and I don't see any footnotes, but I know very little about the Elamites. Have you tried Encyclopaedia Iranica or the bibliography of Pierre Briant's Cyrus to Alexander (I don't remember the French title)? |

I am not sure if Briant would have it, but his book is encyclopaedic, and his bibliographical essays are amazing. The Encyclopaedia Iranica article "Elam i.The History of Elam" has a king list here. Their articles are usually written by good scholars, and the encyclopaedia was published as a print reference by an American university. |
