Here the most mythical creatures roam freely, just waiting to be discovered. The cute, the ugly and the dangerous. Many artists come to paint and draw the pretty landscapes that go on for miles until reaching the forest of Death.

The quiet night of the grasslands was shattered by the thunderous roar of the Swordmaker sudden appearance. Blasting through the air like a flaming comet he blistered through the night sky towards the grasslands. With a catastrophic crash he slammed into the ground spewing sod and rocks flying for miles around. Standing he took a look at his surroundings. "what a strange world i have come to" he said under his breath. "But i guess anything beets that damned prison" he muttered as he started walking across the plains.

As he walked he saw many a strange creatures walking the seemingly endless fields. some of the creatures he remembered from back before the time of man. "how is this possible?" he asked himself. "i thought man had killed them all off..." he muttered to himself confused. 'maybe this is a place untouched by mankind. maybe they haven't been here yet to kill off my brothers glorious creatures' he thought to himself as he walked on. ' guess i should protect the last refuge of my brother's creatures' he thought again. 'It's my duty after what happened to the world because of me...'

As he continued his solemn walk across the grassland he kept thinking of protecting this land from the greedy and hunger of mankind. As he walked he kept an eye out for any humans, or other creatures like them. As he walked he noticed a large hill nearby in the distance. 'if I'm going to watch over this land i better have a good vantage point to see thats coming' he thought as he headed towards the hill. When he reached the top of the hill he found a small tree in the center of the hill. When he reached the tree he used his power to grow it to a tall and proud redwood. In the top of the tree he made a small house to live in while he guarded the grasslands, Settling he went to sleepy to wait until the morning to take a better look at his new domain.

The morning was hot, yet Missy Steele woke up shivering. She had fallen asleep in the middle of the grasslands, yet she wasn't exactly sure why.. probably because it was late. At any rate, here she was... and soaked with the dew of the grass. Sitting up, she stretched and looked up over the tall grass. Beside the half-demon sat a large grey wolf with horns and two tails, the one from the night before. Missy smiled and patted him. He had seemed so angry before, but warmed quickly to kindness. Thats what the world needed, a little kindness. Less violence and death.

Standing up with a yawn, Missy glanced at the wolf. He had also stood up, and was bounding away to the dark depths of the forest of death. Tilting her head to the side for a moment, she shrugged then began to walk, careful not to harm any of the plants. Ever so slowly, The half-demon made her way closer to a wild herd of Silvermane unicorns. Stopping at a good distance, she began to watch as they played together and grazed. Suddenly, Missy jumped up. She saw none other than Drew explode from the forest not afar and come bounding toward them.

"Drew! Back off!" Missy yelled, running around the unicorns. "Don't you know this place is special! You can't hurt-" She was cut off as a large blackened paw collided with her and sent her skidding a few feet. Missy didn't stop at that, however, and soon lost her balance and rolled into the grass again. The unicorns, luckily, had been alerted that the demon was around and were soon stampeding away. Drew growled at them, then looked at the skid trail that Missy had left behind.

Waking suddenly the sword maker sat bolt upright as he felt violence on his new domain. Standing up he walked across his small room and picked up his sword that he had left propped against the wall. walking outside the door he dropped nearly 200 feet the the ground below. Landing with a light thud he walked off into the direction of the violence. As he ran he watched his surrounding blur past him, taking in as much detail as he could of this new strange land.

As he neared he felt a presence he had not felt in a long time, the presence of a demon. It had been nearly three thousand years sense he had felt a demon's presence. Picking up his pace he surged forward to take out the threat to his new homeland. thinking of all that ways he knew of how to kill a demon millions lurched into his head. selecting a few more painful ones he debated what one to use for his whole trip over to the woods that currently housed this demon.

Jumping high into the air the Swordmaker came down crashing through the trees towards the demonic presence. While he was falling he felt a second presence, not as strong and not threatening at all. Focusing his will he blasted a shock wave at the threatening one. "leave my land demon, or face a fate nearly worse then death" boomed from a tree. Landing with a crash he faces the demon. " if you think i do not know how to kill a demon for the last time you are sadly mistaken" he said accenting the end with a blast of Starfire, an inferno of fire hotter then any star in the universe. "begone demon!" he yelled with another blast. Letting up his assault he gave the demon time to retaliate or flee from his fiery wrath.

Drew was just about to attack the half-demon when he was attacked by another force. The shockwave first barely hurt, then he noted the two blasts of Starfire comming his way. He stood fast and growled, and when the second one hit he seemed as black as the nighttime sky, but he was not deterred. "I will leave this land," Drew said with rage, "When I am done with what I am doing I will leave. But I have been to hell and back numerous times, and I am not afraid to go back. ou will not be rid of me until the deed is done!"

Missy got up slowly into a sitting position, groaning. Trying to focus through failing vision, she noted Drew and... someone? Missy stood up shakily and managed to see normally again. She didn't say anything, instead she looked to see who it was that had come in and attacked her father.

With a spin the Swordmaker sent a back hand wave of power at the demon, A blast strong enough to blast any non-demon to the second nearest star. With a spin in the other direction he blasted again with a fist sized ball blacker then the night. Laughing the sword maker stopped so that the demon could hear him. "i never even mentioned sending you back to hell demonkin, I said i would kill you for the last time. meaning you would have no chance of resurrection. You see demon, my brothers were the ones that accidentally created your kind, And we quickly found a way to deal with any that ever came up" Laughing a thunderous laugh he spun forward in the air slamming the demon with a shockwave of air. "i will not send you back to hell if you do not leave demon, i will end your pitiful insignificant existence once and for all!" slowly walking towards the demon he raised the sword what had been invisible until now. Raising it high above his head he prepared to cut a rift that would send the demon to the realm of his brothers to deal with the nuisance...

((sorry for 1 paragraph post, couldn't think of how to make that into two without ending the fight scene first. which woulda meant death to someone... that wouldn't have left you with any chance to responded in time... w/e thats how it worked out...))

Drew smirked, and stood fast after the next blow yet again. This time, he skidded back about a meter at most. "Oh, really now?" He laughed, "Wouldn't THAT be exciting!" Drew charged forwards and kicked up great mounds of dirt. However, before he could do any damage, he disapeared in a cloud of white smoke. Missy stared at the smoke that swirled and began to disapear. It was demonic smoke... but he was evil... his was supposed to be black...

Missy took a step forward, almost falling over one of the holes, and touched the smoke. Immediately she wrenched her hand back and stared at it. The tips of her fingers were black. Putting her other hand over her burned fingers, Missy took two steps away from the smoke and watched as it finally swirled and disapeared...

"Damn" He muttered to himself "the bastard got away from me, next time i won't hesitate.." Looking at the few trees he had knocked over he swore. "i set out to protect and all i do is destroy, maybe thats why my brothers punished me, because they saw what i would become, or what i always was..." thinking to himself he raising his hand to grow the tree back and found he couldn't muster the strength through his misery. With a look of sorrow filled disappointed turned and walked away. The fact that he had not got to kill the demon slipped from his thoughts.

Forgetting about the girl he walked off though the woods in a daze, not paying attention to his surroundings he walked for hours until he came out on the plains of the grasslands. He continued to walk for hours more until he came off the grass on the far end. walking across sand and stone he walked in his misery and recollection that he now knew what his brothers had trapped him in human form for. His curse to be unable to protect and only to destroy. "I think its time to change my perspectives on this world..." he muttered to himself as he stopped in front of a large cliff. Walking off he plummeted to what would have killed any mortal, falling at a blinding speed he dropped from the cliff towards what would be his new place to roam and to destroy. Forgetting all that had driven him over the years he had been imprisoned in human form he drew his sword as he sliced through the sky above a small town known as Maghu. "time to show this world the new god of hell" He laughed to himself...

Sighing with slight irritation, Missy looked around. The person who'd chased her father away was gone, so there wasn't anybody around to thank. Kneeling down, Missy began to put the dirt back in the holes in the ground that had been made during this... extremely brief confronatation. Standing again and looking around, she noticed that the unicorns were comming back. She smiled a little.. but realized they were stampeding and began to ran out of the way. It was never nice to know that horses with heavy cement-like hooves and horns as sharp as knives could run you down into the ground and you would never get up again.

When she was well out of the way, The half demon sighed to herself, this time out of relief. The unicorns had stopped charging and were once again quiet and peaceful.. now, looking around to see what else was interesting, Missy began to roam without a general direction, but she was sure to remain within the grasslands until she decided there was nothing more to do at the moment.

Landing nimbly atop the church tower of the small town of Maghu The Swordmaker looked around at this small city. Think of what to do, he decided to destroy the place of worship for these people. "man kind has worshiped false gods for too long" he smirked to himself watching the shocked faces standing around on the ground. "point all you want humans... it won't make the impossible go away... time to end this" raising his sword he screamed to the world "IN THE NAME OF THE NEW GOD OF HELL I RID THIS TOWN OF ITS FALSE WORSHIP!" jumping into the air he sliced clean through the church with a blast of razor sharp heaven fire. Searing off cross on top of the bell tower before the he jumped off into the sky to avoid being shot at he left the stunned crowed gawking up at what had once been the cross.

Landing just out side of town The Swordmaker turned back to this new place listening to the sirens as the fire department empty its hall to attempt to put out the fire. "pitiful humans, i should have killed them off long ago to get revenge on my creation forgetting me banished" shruging he walked back into the town with his sword sheathed on his back walking towards the town square he located the local leader, what they called the 'Mayor'. " its time to get into this town for real, it going to be fun to take this place apart from the inside...

The giant mass of a animal pawed lightly over the ground. The only way one could have known he was there was if they were within eyesight. The wolf blended so badly that even the most un-observant person would realize he was there. The animal was large, a wolf-life creature. It's primary color was black, a black so dark that he may have been able to blend into a starless sky, if not for the odd mix of green in his fur. The neon green circled around his eyes, covered his stomach, and wound up from his paws. His tail was long, like a whipe. Then there was a tuft of green at the end.

This creature had no name, but rather a title. Destruction.
And Destruction now pawed his way through the thick grass, in search for nothing in particular. He was merely exploring the area, his new surrondings.

Missy was about ready to give up on anything further to be done in the grasslands, when she noticed a creature enter. It was bizarre, black and green and it stuck out like a sore thumb. She HAD to go figure out what it was gonna do, since it was somewhat different from all else she had seen before. Jumping down from the hilltop she found herself perched upon, She began to make her way, fairly slowly, towards this wolf with green markings and jet-black fur.

Now, what was this creature, exactly? She had seen unicorns and shapeshifters- which are hard to pick out at first,- faeries, buffalogs, nekos, giants, griffons, and other species like that. Heck, she was half demon herself. But not once had she ever seen a wolf look like that. Perhaps.. it had been painted?

Destruction paused for a moment on his somewhat less-than-merry walk and stood still. There was someone coming. Despite some loss of strength and agility, Destruction still had some lovely senses. The creature smelled like a half demon, some kind of dog. It was approaching fairly slow. It wasn't the fact that it was moving slow that pestered Destruction, but rather the fact said creature was approaching.

Why on earth would someone want to come near him? He was the most out-of-place creature to join the earth, along with his brother who was nowhere to be found. He didn't belong here, nor did he have any intentions of staying. But that wasn't his choice, of course.

So Destruction sat himself on the ground, looking down to watch the small movements of life in the grass. He would wait for this half demon to come, and then he would decide what he was going to do.

Missy was tired of walking on two feet, so naturally she propped down on all fours and continued just as easily, if not easier. The strange creature she had decided to walk towards had sat down and was promptly staring at grass. She continued until she was about two meters away before sitting down and tilting her head to the side, looking at him curiously.

"So, what's so interesting about grass?" She asked, smiling a little. She doubted that whatever it was could talk or would bother answering, but she didn't much care either way. Naw, she prefered just speaking and seeing the reactions of the animals she found... and if it attacked, she would run away. Unless she couldn't, then shed try to defend herself. Obviously.

Destruction paused before looking up at the other creature. "It's cold," Destruction stated, standing up once again. He swished his tail back, not knowing what to do with it anymore. It had no more purpose. "And it's green," Destruction then continued, carrying on his earlier answer.

The 'grass' was very diffrent from what he was used to. He was used to clouds...Or fire..Or charred ground. But not 'grass'. He wasn't even used to seeing anything that looked remotely alive. He usually only saw dead things.

Missy frowned, looking slightly bewildered. "Uhm..." She didn't know what to say to this creature's response, seeing as though she didn't expect it to actually answer her. Not really thinking, Missy got up from her sitting position into a crouch, and hopped foreward a couple of times towards the wolf. "What exactly are you?" She asked, reaching out to touch his nose. She was testing to see if he'd snap at her, growl, back away, or whatever.

Getting bored as he watch the people scurrying around like insignificant insects. "These people bore me with their idiocy" he mumbled to himself. standing up he walked down the street to find something these people called a hotel. So that he would not draw unneeded attention he decided to pay with cash, which he conjured out of the air, and give a more...normal name.

"what can i get for you today fine sir?" the clerk behind the front counter asked. "perhaps a room for the night or a meal in the dining area?" the man inquired.
"Two weeks in your best suite" The Swordmaker replied.
Striking a few keys the clerk brought up the price on his computer. "that comes to $1,000 dollars good sir, and i would like your name on the sign in sheet" he said getting the room key from under the counter and passing the Swordmaker the sign in sheet.
Signing the sheet with a false name, Matt Andrews, He passed the clipboard with the sheet back and took the key.

Walking up the stairs to his room on the 12thfloor. When he was at the 6thfloor he saw out the window the church again. "pathetic" he said under his breath. "these things can't even put out a simple fire..." continueing up to the room he had been given he didn't look out the window again. when he got he was glad to find his room facing the other direction. "that's nice...i can pick a new target from here..." he chuckled to himself. Taking his sword from his waste he tossed it on a chair he walked over and laid down to sleep on the bed.

Destrction blinked and stared at the other creature, now reaching outt o touch his nose. What did it think it was doing? Despite the impulse to jump back and growl, Destruction stayed still. He was too busy to bother picking a fight at the moment. What was he, exactly? That was a hard question. He couldn't remember what Death had callen them.. And Death wasn't around at the moment to answer the question for him.

Seeing no other possible answer that wasn't a complete and utter lie, Destruction sat down and tilted his head to the side. "I don't know" He stated, blinking.

Missy pulled her hand back before touching him. So, this creature wasn't overly violent? Well, at least she didn't risk losing her fingers, then. "You don't know what you are? That's silly." She smiled. "But, if you don't know then you don't know, right? Do you have any friends hanging around or are you just off being alone? Being alone isn't all that fun, you know. I mean, you have nobod to talk to and stuff. Isn't that lonely?" Missy paused. She could have went on and on and on, but already she thought she might have been talking too much. She must have been so annoying!Well, maybe. She annoyed some people, and interested others.

"Am I annoying you?" She asked. "Do you want me to leave you alone now?"

Destruction considered tellnig the creature to leave him alone, but instead shook his head. "Naw, you're not annoying.." He said.
Perhaps she could be of some use. Tell him what this place is...How it works. He really needed to know, so that he could calculate his odds of ever getting un-banished. They were probably slim. But no matter. Standing up once again, Destruction looked around.

"Soooo...What exactly, is this place?" He questioned the other creature, stretching out his paws. "And who are you, anyways?" He continued on. He had so many questions, but he decided he'd keep it simple for the time being.
