It is my believe that the only reason 13 hasn't kicked me out and let the door hit my butt on the way is because of the lively entertainment value I provide to discussions...

Now you can see, 18, how things go around here. Someone starts a topic, and eventually, Red 33 and Blue 02 hijack it off into ga-ga-land.....

lol I'll try and find a way to prevent that from happening(lol ga-ga-land,I guess we both like Queen huh?)

You try listening to 'The Prophet Song' at 3 in the morning, when you're totally blitzed, and see if it doesn't make an impression.......

*Tired yawn*

Sorry, was gone for about a week on vacation, and I didn't manage to get back home from the airport until about 3 AM. Even I need to sleep occasionally, you know? :P

But anyway, thanks again for all the warm welcome. From the looks of the alternate discussion that was running here for a bit, I think I'll fit in juuust fine, hahaha.

I flew out to Illinois to visit my best friend (Honestly, such a description fails to truly explain the depth of our relationship), since we now live quite far from each other due to my father's military career.

Long distance relationships are tough, I know -_-

BTW 18, mind if I inquire what your father does in the military?

He is currently a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the Navy, if that's what you're asking?

I see, I know how you feel about the best friend thing. When I was younger and had moved into some apartments in a not so good neighborhood I met another kid who was slightly older but he and his family always welcomed me to their home and he kinda protected me and kept me away from the bad stuff, (he was a black belt in karate for heavens sake  ). Anyway, (I could go on for days about how this kid majorly impacted my childhood life) when I moved out of the apartments we lost contact being still as young as I was. Although, I do distinctely remember one day I asked my mom to drive me to his house and she did, but when I got there I only found an empty house. :( I often wonder if I will ever meet up with him again, or how he's doing, or if he's even still alive. He was a true friend.

Aaaanyway, it's good you still keep in touch with the ones you love the most, and it's good to have you back around. ^_^
