Deleted User	As most of you know, our Citadel has gone to shit.... So i wanted to apply to be able to take control over our Citadel and make it the best on RuneScape! I love strategic games, and the Citadel is much like one. My plans when i have control of our Citadel is to cancel all of our builds in our build ques, because we are basically going bankrupt with our resources... We can't just keep building things if we don't have the resources to pay for the upkeep and the build itself. To get these resources i will ask every one in our clan to get 200 of each resource (Mining and Woodcutting) or more per week. If you reach the cap of our resource (600 on Woodcutting and 600 on Mining) i will be giving you 200K. This is my plan of what will happen if i have control over our Citadel. Please post what you think about this. - Im An 0 ---- Coordinator, and Clan wars leader of Apoc.

That is whats needed after all, i recommend 700-800 wood with 500-400 ores, i think thats more of a suitable ratio. And to your comment about building things, i agree, if we cant even keep up the citadel itself then we dont need to lose MORE resources to other buildings. But about paying everyone 200k per cap, i dont know how well thats going to work, you've got to run out of money sometime. We have over 100 people in our clan, some of them are non-members, but most of them are not, so if you were to pay 200k to say 80 people thats 16 million coins right there, and per week? We'll have to see. Nice idea though. EDIT: I also think that mondays (like sundays) should have a permanent event, gathering resources, i know that what we do after meetings but really, who stays besides tawny and a few other people? (i didnt stay this week because i was on probation still, no thanks to crack ) Edited by BoredomKils, September 12, 2011, 7:50 am.

The citadel applies all new resources to the upkeep first, then the upgrades. So if you were to get rid of the build orders, all the progress made on those would be lost for no reason.
