Alright we need to get this going, i had an extended leave (non planned) and while gone i decided how this will be done year 1. 25 man active rosters. No farm team, No 10 prospect list, no draft. 2 options for adding FA. 1. Waiver wire bidding. Twice a week i will process waivers. Tuesdays and Saturdays. Waiver order will be determined worst record to best and updated each week. IF i want to add a waiver request, i will PM it to another owner in the league to make sure of no cheating. 2. Silent Salary Bidding This would also been done twice a week, as apposed to every day, to give all teams a chance (Tuesdays and Saturdays) Each team will start with 200 points. Say you want to bet on FA Chris Davis you will PM a bid to me or one of the LM's (example Team A bids 3 for Chris Davis, Team B bids 4, Team B would win the rights to Davis, and would then have a total of 196 points to use for rest of season) A team can no longer bid if our of points. This will be processed each Tuesday and Saturday PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS FOR THIS SEASON ONLY. At end of THIS season, we will have a minor league 10 round draft, worst record to best, to complete our farm system. I hope this satisfies everyone to some extent, and would like all your thoughts on the FA process, i'd like to get that setup ASAP. Thanks for the patience guys! if there is no farm hand team this season I suggest the rosters expand too 30 and we can add any 5 players throughout the orginazation as of right now because I know of atleast 5 guys bound too be on the team in a month or so the way my DL is filling up |

Silent bidding is my vote. 10 prospects should cover guys you need to add to active rosters.. or we could make it simple and just do 35 man rosters and include our 10 prospects. |
