It's with a pretty heavy heart that I'm going to have to resign fellas.

My activity just hasn't been up to the required standard for the entire year and it's not fair on you guys or the incumbent coaches to have me dragging behind like I have been.

I sincerely apologise for any annoyance or angst I've created because of my inactivity due to this season.

I still absolutely love this site and game, but I just haven't been able to find the time in my life required to devote to it. I'm in absolute awe of how some of you guys manage it with the things you are all juggling, unfortunately I am not able to follow in those footsteps.

I've felt a great sense of guilt throughout the entire year due to my inactivity, letting many of you down in talks and across the site as a whole. In hindsight it was probably wrong of me to keep it dragging on for this long.

I'm hoping I can pop in and see what's happening on here from time to time, and wouldn't rule out returning sometime down the track, but that would obviously depend on whether you guys think I'd be worthy of another crack or not, but time will tell.

Thanks for your time guys, and again, I apologise for letting you down over the past 12 months or so. Looking forward to seeing where the site goes in the future :)

D2C, you've been a giant of the game and someone who helped develop it into what it is today.

You'll be back one day soon.

Sad to see you go, for those who haven't been hear for many years Conca was arguably the most active Coach on the site for a good 3-4 years

Speaking on behalf of others, thanks for you time on this site and I hope you can return in the future at similar activity as the past
Spot on. Miss ya champ.

Sad to see you go Conca, you'll always be remembered as one of the foundation coaches. Good luck with life bro.

Sad, sad day. Ripping bloke and one of the main reasons this site is as strong as it is and has been in action for this long.
The dignity and class you've shown hanging up this boots says it all really.

Looking forward to having you sniffing about in the future.
Unfinished business.

I can say in all honesty that this is a sad day for me.

D2C (or D2T as you once were), I really enjoyed the years where you were one of the most active members of the site and hope you can find time and motivation to come back when the time is right and return to your best, which is as good as anyone who's been involved in the game.

All the best mate.

All the best in RL D2C. I guess i came in at the end but you were always a pleasure to deal with in our negotiations. Much respect for stepping aside when the time was right and as someone else mentioned if circumstances ever arose that AFFL time had been freed up for you im sure you would be top of the list for incoming coaches. You've definetly earnt that right.

As JM said, this really is a sad day. I still remember when I first joined AFFL back in 2007, D2C was the first coach to add me on msn messenger and he's a big reason why I stuck around.

You're a great bloke, and although you've had to sacrifice AFFL from your life I know you'll go on to succeed in the real world.

All the best D2C. You've been a ripper mate, always one of the best to trade with. You never know, the passion may return with a layoff. All the best.
