A car Jacker/thief/driver/transporter is only in it for the rush i think.. FOR EXAMPLE: you would never see allan moffat or the bowden family stealing an XA rpo sedan because they need spares for the phase 4 will you?? So the guy at the wheel has no interest in the car but to drive it as hard as he can and then get his money. Why can i see things getting so much worse for the car scene? it is so blatently clear that people love having a close up look at a classic at a show and talking to the owners etc etc.. but unfortunatly that might all be coming to an end and these cars.. not just coupes.. will go ack to the unfortunate days where they were locked up in the shed for so long that they became forgotten... like the way of some barn finds these days.
