| Rules of Membership |

| 1. Access Membership shall be divided into groups according to a users circumstance. Users may be categorised in the following way: Guest: A User who browses to the site, without the need to register or log on ForumMember: A Guest who has taken the opportunity to Register, and Logon Associate: A forum member who does not fulfil the criteria for Club Membership; ie does not Own a Ford Coupe of the specified model ClubMember: A Forum Member who fulfils all criteria for membership; ie Lives in Australia, and Owns a Coupe of the Specified Model SeniorMember: A Club Member who has 500 legitimate posts to his/her credit. A Club Member from the ACLF may be automatically appointed as a Senior Member (on Request). Automatic promotion is not available after the demise of the A.C.L.F.and/or its website. Administration: Members who have been appointed by either owners (John T & George T) who shall remain administrators for the duration of their desire) 2. Conduct& Behaviour A member shall not make derogatory comments directly toward another member, member’s vehicle or Organisation, without specifying that this is only THEIR OPINION A Member shall not conduct themselves in a manner that brings the club into disrepute. eg Burnouts; Street Racing Members convicted of, involved in, or reasonably suspected of being involved in re-birthing of vehicles will be immediately suspended, and removed from the club/forum. A member found to be acting in a manner that is not consistednt with the 'feel' of the club may be removed from the member's ranks. An Administrator may not dismiss / revoke the access of another administrator without notification in writing 48 hours in advance. An Administrator may suspend a user immediately a breach of these rules becomes evident. Deletion of the user is then to be decided / actioned by the remainder of Admin staff, thereby removing the ability to 'single out' a particular user Suspension of a member, in the first instance is to be for a period of not more than 7 days. Subsequent suspensions shall be decided on by mandatory vote by administrators. 3. Email A Senior Member may be allocated use of a club email address. The format of this shall be mailto:ClubName@AussieCoupes.net mailto:FirstName@AussieCoupes.net Addresses shall be assigned on a First-come, first served basis. If another Member already has the Firstname@ ,then an acceptable compromise would be FirstnameInitial@; ie JohnT@. No other variation is acceptable without complete admin approval. Misuse of the email system will result in a single warning, followed by revocation of the email privilege. A Members signature shall be of a size that does not consume excess bandwidth. Topics shall be posted into appropriate areas / threads. Those that are not may be moved or deleted |
