Where do you reckon we will finish?

So Rebels where do you reckon we will finish this season?

We are still in with a shout of taking 2nd place (especially if QPR get hit hard by the FA) but I reckon we will take 4th or 5th place.

I don't fancy our chances if the play-offs as we don't have a good track record but you never know. This season will be our best chance of going up and I think it will take a while if we don't make it this season.

Obviously it would be nice to go into the last game having confirmed 2nd place but I wouldn't be suprised if this season there are 3, 4 or 5 teams in with a chance of getting 2nd on the last day.

Hopefuly Cardiff will fall away as they usually do. Burnley have 2 games in hand so they could cause problems.

Personally I would like to see us and Forest go up and don't really care who else as long as it isn't Cardiff.

I think anything better than 6th will be a plus. I thought anything above midtable was our aim, but have re-evaluated the situation now. I also like coming from behind (oooooohhh errrrr) rather than being up front with people chasing you.

I know what you mean - better to be chasing that trying not to slip up.

Well apparently RHS prefers to slip up from behind on the run-in, but this may not be footy related....... :lolanimate:

Were going up as effing champions. If not Grayson has to go. FACT, END OF.

Oh sorry forgot my place, thought I was posting on another MB.

I agree for once with EU, if we reach the play offs its one hell of an achievement. Expectation levels have obviously grown as season has progressed, would be a tad upset if we were now to fall off the pace and out of the top 6, I cant seriously see it happening however, I think we can maybe finish anywhere from 2nd to 6th, lets face it, play offs are in our own hands. Only we can muck it up, dont need to rely on any other team.

I know what you mean, at the start of the season i would have just been happy to stay in this division.

In the play-off places with 10 games left is briliiant - just hope we stay there or manage to sneak 2nd.

Play-offs, learn from the experience, get a few quid in for a few decent players, and big push for next season. We need to have at least the start of a PL side if we go up and don't embarass ourselves completely.

Was happy totake the draw on Satdee, would have liked to see a little more from us though, saying that Ipswich came to do a job and managed it well.

Positives.
Clean sheet, Other results went our way(this does make you think what if), Bannan looked class when he came on, I would have liked to see Somma introduced at same time, with the way Bannan can thread a ball, the pace of Somma would have been a better option than Becchio IMO.

Like preivous responses - I'd have been happy with 20th, then mid-table, now I think I'd be disappointed not finishing in the play-offs.

Given how close it is, there're loads of teams who *could* make it up; obviously I would be over the moon if we got promoted, but would be apprehensive given our defense.

Yup - wanted a top half place before we kicked off the season

Now I would be disappointed if we aren't in the top six at the end of the season.
I think a top 4 place is more than achievable given our squad and form.
