I'm sure your lass will be thrilled to know you've shared that with everyone fella.....
Just been to a friends for the Bank Holiday Monday - the blokes escaped to the garden for beers while the women chatted about stitches and tiredness.
It'd be nice to go somewhere that the main topic wasn't bleeding babies! Isn't it just like a radiator?

Isn't it just like a radiator? Possibly. Although I think bleeding a radiator is more useful.

We took delivery of a TENS machine the other day. Supposedly a way of easing pain from contractions by giving mild electric shocks along the spine! Nice. That's Clare's spine not mine just in case you were wondering...
I've also been told I can't drink until after the birth just in case there's a sudden development. I'm making up for this by eating even more than usual - man cannot live by bread alone tha' knows.

I once used a TENS machine on my slipped disc and it was ok but I doubt even being connected to the national grid would ease the pain of childbirth Bruv!

The first thing I did when I got home was strap it up to my balls and give them a bit of juice. Gave me instant relief if you know what I mean and I probably didn't even need the prostate tickling Vosene bottle (although that admittedly did heighten the sensation.....)

Shorts, my sis has used a TENS machine for both of her deliveries and then a birthing pool for later. It worked for her. Personally I go for the gas and air and gravity method. Good luck to the new rebel daddies and more importantly, their ladies. I wish you all well.

Clare reckons TENS machine initially whilst at home, then with gas and air once in the hospital. She's adamant that she doesn't want to give birth laying down on her back so I suspect that's the gravity thing???
Cheers x
