This is how the RD500YPVS would look if it were still made today
Bolt's 100m final was awesome. I have never been a fan of the mens sprinting events as drugs have always over shadowed the event but the way and style Bolt won the final with was really special. I've never seen someone jogging 30 meters and skipping the last 10 meters in a sprint final. The guy is just amazing. I really hope he is clean. My gut feeling from watching his technique is that he is clean but Jamaca dont have a drug testing policy so I suppose people will be sceptical.

Also, I have never really been a big fan of the Olympics but this one has been unmissable. One of the events not just of the year but in my life.... and I'll tell you why. WE ARE WINNING. There hasnt been any of this British "get the excuses in early" and "its the taking part that counts" bolloxs. Well done Team GB - you have made me very proud to be British.

While I know money helps the teams, I do wonder if the drug testing have brought the competition closer to us.

I don't know what I'm going to do with myself when the Oympics finishes. I've watched loads of the early morning stuff live (thanks Archie!) and we've had it on the i-player at work every day too. I'm amazed at the success of the British team this year. I really hope the funding doesn't start to dry up after 2012. We call ourselves Great Britain, it's about time we did something to justify it.
England football team TAKE NOTE!!!!!

You could always have another offspring ?

Absolutely not. 4 is quite enough thankyou.

Usain Bolt is a legend. I really wish the Americans had made the 4x100m final to at least put some sort of pressure on though, it was far too easy.

Very scary. He clearly has loads more speed in him. He just sauntered over the line. I saw a mini documentary on Jamaican sprinting during the Beeb coverage. They reckon they have 13 year olds running the 100m in 10.5 seconds. That's pretty amazing.
