Are we stooooooooopid or what! This really fucks me off. Not just Poles claiming it, but I know of a family based in Bath who emigrated to New Zealand, then Oz over 10 years ago. The mother came back to the UK to give birth twice then went back home. the Child benefit has been dutifully paid into their overseas bank accounts for years now, although they haven't contributed to our tax system in donkeys years. There must be loads more people who abuse the system in this way.
