Knock my door bells busted ....l.. :lolanimate:

Was a "discussion" in a pub in the small hours years and years ago in my home town, about whether the film was the "The Postmans always rings twice" or "the Postman always knocks twice". Vast amounts of alcohol obviously........

There was over £600 plus watches, rings etc on which was correct.
Landlord had to ring the studio in the US on the Monday afternoon to confirm the name of the film - pre-internet days obviously.
How they must have laughed....... :lolanimate:

aye i remember the old joke about a group of lads travelling back from blackpool on the mail train, when they used to pick up them mail from vantage points with no toilets, one needed desperately to piss and stuck it out the window.......was ages and ages, one of his mates said, ffs haven't you finished pissing yet? He says aye but i'm just wondering how to get this off...........

ah the olden days of mail trains .......
