1. You keep reptiles as pets.(Well ok, one is your son!!!) Why?, and don't you think they should be allowed to stay in the wild? All the animals I keep are captive bread and would not fair well in the wild. There are a lot of species now being reintroduced to the wild that would otherwise be extinct now due to deforestation and the like. Why I keep them I guess is that I’ve always been intrigued by reptiles and you have the added bonus of having to learn about different parts of the world. 2. If you were stranded on an island, with no means of escape, and no way of being rescued and had just one phone call to make, who would it be to and why? Would have to be somebody with a bookies account (maybe Mr. D’su), to get them to stick a shit load of dosh on that I’d never been seen again. 3. What would you say was your greatest achievement in life, the thing you are proud of doing most? Have wrestled with myself about how honest to be on this one, but in the end thought what the hell. Not long after I split from the ex-wife, I got in with a bit of a bad bunch and went off the rails big time. I ended up struggling for about two years with a bit of a drug problem that looking back really did threaten to destroy me. Since then I feel I’ve managed to turn things around a hell of lot and have now got a settled and reasonable life with a half decent job. It’s the latter years I’m proud of not the drugs bit. 4. What do you think is the worst problem the world is currently facing? People just don’t talk anymore to each other anymore; we tend to talk at each other. I might be too much of an idealist and not enough of a realist but I just feel if we took a little bit of time to get to know a little more about other peoples beliefs and cultures, it may lead to a better understanding in the world and a lot less strife. 5. You've won £5m on the lottery. How would you spend it? Private eye to find out who the hell is buying lottery tickets in my name, while I’m laid close to death, on a desert island. OR Dee…..some peroxide so she can have a proper teams hair colour (though maybe if she lets the red grow out we may find she don’t need the peroxide). GB and KDDDD…….some holiday vouchers as these lads aint been away for sooooooo long. Fitz……a money belt instead of wallet (nuff said) Cuppy ……..some ducks as I know she would like to start a collection. MDF………some senokot for his bowl probs????? Mugsey………a dkshun ditcsha a fooking spelling book Mr. D’su……..a hearing aid so when wickey says “you going to sleep col or what” nuff kids and all that. AW………would love to take her out, get her pissed and laugh at her for change but having already spent over 4 million I guess there just aint enough left in the kitty. 6.. Have you ever been caught red handed doing something you shouldn't have been, and if so what? Was meant to be having a review meeting with my boss about 4 years ago. I rung him up saying I was under the weather and could we re-arrange for another day. Was informed by him that was fine as he wasn’t feeling too good either. Result!!!! Heading off to york races for the day and yup you’ve guessed it…….bumped into said boss in the beer tent. 7. The LUFC question then......you can choose our next manager, anyone in the world alive or dead and not necessarily a footballing person. Who would it be and what made you choose him/her? Can only be one guy in my mind, has to be Rocky Balboa!!!!! Didn’t matter how much the odds were against him, no matter how much the cause seemed lost, he always found the winning formula Oh and could act as keeper cover too if needed!!!! 8. My favourite question...name 3 things about you that the rebels don't know? 1) spent best part of a year in a wheel chair due to an infection in my spine. 2) Darren Eadie (naarrrich city fame) is some distant cousin or other 3) Contrary to popular belief (and I know this will be hard to believe) I cant handle beer at all well 9. What is the one single subject that bores you to near death when you hear someone start on it? Politics……..think this is more to do with the fact that I just am not clever enough to way up the pros and cons of any of them. I accept the fact that we need people to have an interest in how and by who the country is being run, but I’m afraid it just aint me. Oh and any discussion that involves me, beer and Newton’s laws on gravity tend to leave me a bit cold for some reason. 10. What in your opinion is the world's greatest invention and why? Cringe time I’m afraid guys!!!!!!....... it has to be the t’internet surley?? Without it I would never have met the group of wonderful people we know as THE REBS!!!!!!. Seriously though, if you cast your eyes back to number 3, over the last couple of years I’ve had one or two dodgy times (minor in the larger scheme of things, but dragged me down at the time) it helped so much the messages of support I received from people on this board that I now class as friends.
