Agreed. I now have my 3rd cold of 2007. That's usually my quota for about 10 years.

Morning all. Can someone please suggest something to listen to on the computer as Sara effing Cox is in for Jo whylie and I hate the way she witters on about her baby/dog/boyfriend.

I'm not too bad, just fed up with feeling rough and want something to take my mind of it. I don't think YR is the ticket though thanks!

Yes it's all legit. She's been training since last September and upto now my mate is the only bloke she's practiced on. I'm not shy about getting my kit off (if the part calls for it luvvie) so I was a more than willing volunteer.
Plus it'll probably cost about 50 quid when she's fully qualified.

massages are great and one of my fave things about playing for my county is that we have someone there for rub downs at all games and traioning sessions, the downside of course is that we also have icebaths there too.

Afternoon everyone.

I will also highly reccomend these Massges. When I was in New Delhi the Hotel I stayed at had all these facilities thrown in with the Deal we had. So on one saturday I spent 2 hours in the Gym and then the Massage and then I was told I had to spend 20 minutes each in Steam Room and the Sauna ( not sure in which order now) I felt at top of the world for the rest of the week.

no idea must be the lack of leeds games attended this season, or indeed of leeds wins, that is doing it to me, coz usually i'm fine and dandy and not wound up at all.
